Luis again gave us great service and repaired the A/C the same day. He installed the new unit starting at 7:30 pm and finished at 9:30 pm. Luis is honest, timely, responsible and very professional. This guy is so responsible, he got hit in an accident (not his fault), his truck was totaled and called us from the ER to tell us he would be a little late. We highly recommend him.

Okay. He actually tried to talk me out of having the service performed since the ac unit was so new.

technician came to house, looked at A/C unit, told me it was a really nice unit, and it does not need a servicing because it was so new.

AC as blowing hot air. Called All Around and they were able to make it out within 2 hours. One unit was fine but the other unit need to be repaired. He had to get a part but back within 75 min. Mr. Jones explained what happened and did not try to get me a new unit as all other parts were in excellent condition. Now we are not roasting in the Vegas heat.

I called Luis when my A/C completely stopped working. He said I had good timing as he finished an appointment early and was nearby. He said he'd be by in 20 minutes but showed up in 15. When I explained how the fan wasn't even coming on, he jumped up into the attic to take a look. At first he thought it might have been the controller board. I know how pricey those can be so I was bracing for the worst. After Luis ran some diagnostics he determined it was a short in one of the wires. He found the short, repaired the problem and had my A/C back up and running. When I asked Luis how much I owed for the service provided he refused payment. He stated it was a quick fix and because I caught him between appointments, he was just happy he could help. Most companies today are more focused on making money and less on actually providing a service. Luis may not have made any money from this call, but he made me a customer for life. I will definitely call him again and would refer him to anyone without hesitation.

Noticed toilet was leaking due to standing water and called Luis Jones to come by to repair and check out any water damage from the leak. He was there within an hour and fixed the toilet and then checked for any mold in waterlogged baseboard. He then gave an estimate to repair the water damage and mold remediation. the quote was fair and he finished the job within the week. Thanks again Mr. Jones for the quick response and affordable fix.

The downstairs toilet was leaking and the base board got wet near the rear of the toilet as it was in standing water. He testested for mold and suggested we replace the baseboard and about a foot of drywall due to water damage. He replaced damaged area and it looks as good as new. Luise was always on time and professional. He is our go to guy for plumbing, air and now mold remediation.

How'd it go? It didn't. Used another highly rated Angies List HVAC provider and received quick, professional, courteous, and professional response and service.

We had just replaced one of two a/c units at our house. He tuned up the old one and put copper caps to better seal the Freon in both the old and new unit.

When I first talked to him, he said he would be available the following Wednesday between 1:00 and 3:00. About 10:30 am on Wednesday he called to say that he'd finished his previous job early and would it be possible for me to see him at 11:00. Once he introduced himself he asked many questions about the performance of the AC units I was experiencing to make sure everything inside the house was operating normally. He then quickly went about checking the level of the Freon in each unit and found they were both low. While he was recharging the systems, he explained why they needed to be recharged, and what to look for in the future to determine if a recharge was necessary. I think Luis Jones is highly professional, extremely efficient and willing to do anything necessary to try to make his customers happy. I would definitely encourage anyone looking for a good heating / AC / plumbing contractor to contact Luis.

I expected water heater flush. Instead, Mr Jones looked at my 2 year old Whirlpool water heater and described it as a "piece of junk", for which a flush would be pointless. He did look at some other issues relating to my plumbing and answered some questions. And he recommended a plumber to fix a toilet leak. He did call later to ask if his recommended plumber had fixed the toilet problem (which he had, for an additional and standard fee.) bottom line - I received a different service than what I had purchased. Would not recommend this provider.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and the air conditioners work just fine. I have another deal coming up where they are going to clean all of my vents and everything. My house is in Las Vegas, but I am in Seattle. From what my son said, everything was excellent.

After I purchased the deal, I was going to have Luis Jones come out to look at my tenant's a/c unit. I called him ahead of time to let him know my tenant would be calling him to schedule the tune up for her a/c. She emailed him & didn’t return her email. Luis had called me back, in the meantime, requesting that the tenant call him directly, not email him as he can respond better to phone calls, rather than emails. She called him back right away, and they had a conversation which resulted in a voice mail to me, from my tenant, saying to "Call Luis." So there was just a lot of going back and forth with this. I picked up the phone and called Luis back after that. He told me he had gotten into a car accident, and he said he "won’t have a truck for a week" and he informed me to "get a refund on the deal with Angie’s List".

Luis is the Owner of the business, and had high reviews from Angie's List. I wanted several things from an HVAC contractor. A) a license B) business cards C) printed invoice sheets D) labeled business truck E) a business email address F) good recommendations All Around Heating-Cooling-Plumbing had all of these things. He only recommended what was needed, and didn't want to do anything not needed at that time. I have great confidence in Luis and would recommend him.

Luis Jones of J&L Construction All Around Heating and Cooling correctly diagnosed our sudden loss of A/C as a failed central unit. W appreciate the time he spent with us educating us about reason for the unit failure. In addition to helping us understand the problem, he helped us determine the best course forward. Once we settled on the proper size and brand of the replacement unit, Louis picked up the unit and installed it in a timely manner. We are very pleased with his work. He installed the unit in 110 degree temperatures and did it perfectly. Luis is now our A/C guy.

Explained every assessment, reviewed cause of problem and fixed the problem

Took over a month to schedule the inspection. Initially planned for an 8 am appointment (had to arrive late for work to accommodate), but when the technician arrived, he said he needed another man to help do the job -- re-scheduled for 5 pm that afternoon. Took off work early to be home by 5 pm, but technician called 5 minutes before to say he would not arrive until 615 pm. He said he would accomplish the inspection and leave an invoice at my door (because I was not going to be home after 6pm) but never left an invoice. He did text the next morning to say he ran out of paper to do the invoice. Overall, I will never pre-purchase another type of these inspections again as there is no incentive for an efficient response or quality service.

They did a good job. It was very thorough.

I would use this company again, very punctual and professional, pricing was great.

I called Luis last week on June 28th. We set up an appointment for the morning of July 2nd. He called me that morning and let me know when he would be here. I love my new thermostat. Works great and is better looking than my old one. I would definitely use Luis and his company again for other services they provide.

Returned home from vacation to find one of our air conditioning units not working. Called Jose from All Around Heating & Cooling, he was listed on Angie's List with Great Reviews. It was 5pm on Sun night and Jose answered, we mad an appt for the next morning at 9am. Jose called at 8:20am saying he would be there in 45min.-1hr. He showed up at 9am with business card in hand. He asked some related questions and went to work, letting me know I could watch & ask questions as needed, so I did. There are 2 units & he quickly identified the broken one. He showed me several things identifying causes for the failure and what was needed fix it. The unit burned up and I could fix it, with 1 yr warranty or replace it for another $400.00 and get 5 yr warranty. I had it replaced before noon and cooling immediately. He serviced my other unit and said all was good but would suggest changing motor out next summer. Jose was professional, polite and got the job done. He said call 24hrs a day if any questions or problems. I would recommend him and will use him next spring.

It was excellent!! He called before he came, and then arrived at the scheduled time. He was professional and asked how old the unit was. He then inspected the unit and told me everything was good, even for the age. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need or want. He actually advised against buying a digital thermostat, because of the age of the unit. He said I needed freon, but it was included in the price of the deal I had purchased. He even added more than I actually paid for. He really helped me out. He was kind a professional thoughout the service call.

Lois and I set up an appointment to meet at my home between 8 and 10 am. He called around 8:30 and apologized that his current appt was taking longer than expected and he would arrive between 9:45-10. He actually made it around 9:30, well within the original window anyway. He took one look at my larger AC unit and told me it needed a new fan blade and fan motor due to the large amount of vibration he was seeing. He also noted some pads under the AC grill that the original installation company had used to deal with the abnormal amount of vibration after the initial installation. He said the pads were a hokey and lazy way to try and stabilize the vibration. He used a meter to check the Freon levels and told my the smaller unit was low on Freon and a valve was leaking. He advised me to contact the company that installed the units 3 years prior and told me what I needed to tell them in order to get both of my units fixed correctly. He told me he would not do anything himself since he did not want to affect my warranty but if the installation company would not honor the warranty, to give him a call and he would take care of me. I followed his advise and contacted the installation company and repeated to them what Lois had told me and everything went exactly as he said he thought it would, right down to the fact that they would likely only replace the fan blade. In my opinion, Lois is a very honest businessman who will do exactly what is needed and no more. Since he did not do any work for me, I cannot comment on his pricing. I base this review not only my experience with him but with the tremendous number of positive reviews he has received on this site.
