I called and owner, Luis, took the call. He contacted tenant immediately and set up appt at their convenience. He cleaned the system for the $49.00 advertised fee, then repaired the motherboard on the AC, as it was blown. Great service, very knowledgeable. Hired Luis to inspect my own home, he spent a lot of time explaining the system to me and how it should last a long time. Not high pressure to service in the future, but offered good suggestions. I will definitely retain Luis to keep my system tuned up.

This was a great service. I had no idea that my A/C units were so low on coolant fluid. Luis was also very friendly. He offered tips on how to reduce my electric bill and told me which type of air filters to use inside.

Service was great. The technician said that both units were working fine. One of the two was leaking a bit of oil. He suggested that we give him a call in about a year to replace the motor on that unit.

Luis came out and was just awesome. We actually needed more than the included 1 pound of freon included in the "Big Deal." Luis gave us a full inspection on top of giving us extra freon without charging us. I would HIGHLY recommend All-Around's services.

When I used this deal, it was a good experience. He was on time, he was clean and he was courteous.

BEWARE - I Purchased this BIG DEAL to service my air conditioners. They were suppose to call me within 2 days but did not. I tried to contact them and left messages until I finally received a call back. I explained that it was imperative that I have the 8:00 appt and because of this I was scheduled out 3 weeks. I called 1 week before to confirm the appt. On the day of at 8:30 I called the company and was told he could get here at 9:30 or 10:00 as there were jobs in front of me. I was so disappointed at the complete lack of service and professionalism that I called Angies List and asked for a refund. My recommendation stay away from this company if you have any kind of a schedule.

Luis was very professional and I was pleased with all his input. He told me what to watch for in case I was ever concerned about water leaks again. I would definitely use him again.

Luis squeezed us in on his Friday afternoon schedule on Labor Day weekend. He arrived promptly and is very pleasant and straightforward. When he checked our unit and added the freon, he did not charge us for the extra he used even though it was over the $49.00 "deal" amount we had purchased. Additionally, when we asked if we needed a new unit, he was quite emphatic that the one we have was just fine. It's so refreshing to meet someone you believe is honest and that's how Luis made us feel. Excellent. On time, on budget, quality work removing stained ceiling area, repairing leak, and restore ceiling to perfect condition.

He was very good. On time, very polite, the service provider was the owner of the company. He even put an extra half pound of coolant at no extra charge. I found him very thorough and I liked the fact that he didn't try to oversell me. He also let me know he does many other categories and I will highly recommend him to friends and neighbors.

He came to do a simple service and found the motor and capacitors needed to be replaced. My $49 service jumped to $660. He was very professional and explained everything thoroughly so I don't doubt they needed replacement. However, I also talked to him about a couple of other things I needed to have done around the house that were smaller service jobs. He said he could do it for me, but when I tried to schedule a time to have the additional work done he would not return my calls. I finally gave up and had another company take care of it. I just got the impression he was willing to do the jobs that paid more, but wasn't interested in doing smaller jobs. That's why I will not give him my business in the future.

They did good work. Unfortunately, they weren't able to help me because there was a hole in a copper compressor. The technician was very pleasant and helpful.

He showed up on time, he installed the thermostat without any issues and he was very pleasant.

He was great and so I gave him two jobs since then. I told him that I thought I needed a new thermostat and he said no, I didn’t, so he was just good. He could have sold me a new thermostat but he didn’t. One of my girlfriends used him and he told her it was a minor problem, he corrected it and did not charge her a penny! So, she made him take a $20 tip. Then he went to my daughters and checked her air-conditioning and I think he charged her $69, which was the service call fee. I have his business cards and I pass one out when someone needs this type of service because it really is hard to find a good provider and I was very happy to find him. He is a really nice guy. He had a uniform shirt with his name on it and to me that said all about his professionalism. I will call him out for the fall checkup next.

use this Everything went well, Lewis very very professional, talked to me about both AC's about maintenance and upkeep, both AC's doing fine no problems, told me to give him a call around the latter part of April next year. This was the second time I had used this company and will definitely use his company again.

He did an excellent job with the work done on my unit, affordable cost. Customer service was also great. Very friendly didnt try to over charge me or work on something that didn't need to be fixed.

They replaced the compositor and checked the condenser and fixed all the problems at a fair price. I liked that they went above and beyond to check extra parts on the unit. I would highly recommend him.

He stated that our units were really good and were not old enough to need a service check and offered to give us our money back but we deciced to have him look at them any way. Everything was fine until this year when one unit did go bad and we did call him again. Unfortunately he could not check our unit as he had fallen off a roof and could only work on ground units for awhile. Yes I would still try to call him again-I hope I don't need to!!

Mr. Jones was on time...Very polite and professional..The work was done within 30 minutes. The checkup was great and he said my unit was in great shape. I recommend him highly and will call him again for any kind of plumbing work. A nice gentleman who knows his stuff well. Mary Faliszek

I had an afternoon appointment, but Luis called earlier about 11:00 AM, said he was in the area and wondered if I wanted him to come right away or would I rather keep the 3:00 PM appointment? I told him to come on. He arrived promptly, was very personable, very professional, very efficient. I will use him each time I need work done.

I purchased my 13-year old home just three months ago. The A/C was performing fine but the unit outside sounded noisey to me. When I saw the Angie's $49 A/C Tune-up coupon I set up an appointment. On the agreed-to day Luis phoned 45 minutes before hand to confirm he would be there. He tuned up the A/C and added approximately three pounds of Freon. The coupon covered one pound and he did not charge me for the additional two pounds. We discussed the expected remaining life of the heater and the A/C, both of which Luis expects will have many remaining years if maintained properly. I have already placed a recurring reminder on my calendar for filter changes and to have Luis service my A/C annually. Luis is honest, knowledgeable, polite, and looks you in the eye when he shakes your hand! I will always call Luis if I need any of his services.

After a brief delay with being Contacted - a Big Deal Communications Error initially by Angie's List and the Owner Operator being Sidelined by an Auto Accident - we did make contact. A time and date was established immediately. The Tech Owner was on time and even called ahead that he was on his way. Rare Professionalism found in Las Vegas where everyone want a Four Hour window and then not show up. My A/C was really low in Freon and he just filled it without charging more for additional Freon, he also NEVER even attempted to Upgrade me or charge me for the minor extra things he did. This will be my A/C Person from now on.

The services I received from All Around Heating-Cooling-Plumbing turned out fine. I think he tried to sell me stuff I didn't need. He appeared to do a good job, but was basically telling me something was probably going to break down soon and was going to cost me probably $1,000.00, if it was not taken care of, but that he could offer to do it now for under $500.00. I kind of got hesitant and got other people come back and look at it and none of them mentioned the same problem. So, I lost a little glitter on the guy's professionalism. Overall, I was pleased with it, except for that one thing.

Amazing job! Luis was phenomenal! I had bought the tune up coupon knowing that I would need a tune up on my AC units soon. Sure enough before I actually set up the appointment, one of my AC units started to act up. Luis scheduled my appointment for within 48, but was determined to fit me in the following day. He came by that morning and identified the problem quickly, He was able to install the AC unit the same day that he was able to squeeze my initial appointment in and finished all this before 2:00 pm. Hands down he is one of the best business men that I have worked with in Vegas and I am eager to continue my business with him. Not only is he qualified and bonded to work with heating and cooling, but he also does plumbing and bathroom remodeling. Thank you again Luis! Your work is quality and is sincerely appreciated.
