The service provider left me a message on Angie's List, giving me a contact phone number and stating I could call at any time to schedule the service. I called at 6:00 pm on a Friday shortly after reading the message. No one answered the phone, so I left a message on the answering service leaving my name, a message, and a call back number. No one called back, so I called the provider's number on the following Monday. No one answered, but this time I got a message stating that he checks his phone often and that I should leave a message. Again, I left my name, a short message, and a call back number. Two weeks passed, and no one returned my call. After the two weeks, I called again. This time I spoke to the service provider. We scheduled a service call for the next day. He was supposed to arrive at 3:00 pm. He phoned me at 5:15 pm stating that an emergency had arisen and he had to leave town for two weeks. He recommended that I seek a refund of the coupon I purchased.

Gave up trying to contact the provider. Left several messages and have not received a response all week. Will request a refund of the Big Deal coupons I ordered.

Mr. Jones arrived on-time and performed the inspection of our heating and air conditioning systems. He provided us tips on how our filters should be cleaned and maintained in order for our systems to work at their optimum levels. He was very professional and courteous. When we have system checked again Mr. Jones is the person we will call.

They were just fine, everything was fine, and I had no problems with them. One technician came out to do the work for me. He was courteous and explained everything well. He also recommended some other things too.

On the 8th Luis came to inspect my a/c and refilled it with 2 pounds of freon following guidelines of the coupon I purchased. He then looked at my water heater because ? (I don't remember why) and determined it was at a point to be replaced as 14 years is about tops for the efficient use of a water heater and the chance that the leaks could eventually cause damage to my condo and the one below me. He quoted me 1500-1900 dependent upon the needs after removing the old water heater. I agreed and checked online before the work began and found that his estimate was on the high side but in keeping with average needs and costs. The work was done the next day by two men and Luis's help. It took about 4 hours to complete. The final bill was 1890. I felt fine until......... Just yesterday I was offered a coupon for a water heater replacement for 649 reduced from 1200. WOW do I feel like a fool???!!!!! Maybe we could be advised when coupons are coming and we could check that list out before using one of the providers for follow up work ? Paying three times a potential cost for work in these financially hard times and I'm retired and on a fixed income is really devastating.

Luis showed up on time, and work was completed as promised. I will definitely use his company again.

Luis was a real pleasure to deal with on this visit. He was very professional and honest. There was no upselling and no scare tactics. He was honest and forthcoming about potential problems and how to deal with them if and when they appear. I would definitely recommend and use Luis in the future.

They came in and went right to work on it. It always seems that when a repairman comes in they find something else wrong, which costs extra, but all of the work was done to my satisfaction. The rep was very polite, no problems.

He was fantastic! There was an issue with at least one of the units and that was corrected and there was parts ordered. The technician was very professional.

He determined that I did not have a leak. He showed me at the street on the meter the difference when the water was on versus when it was off. He indicated that the water authority had raised the rates and at the amount of time I was watering this year that would definitely make a difference. I felt satisfied with his answer and was pleased that he was honest and forthright about there not being a problem. If I do have any plumbing issues in the future I would definitely consider using All Around Heating-Cooling-Plumbing.

Pretty well. After purchasing the Big Deal, I contacted the company to schedule and first available appt was 2 weeks out. The tech replaced some parts and said all is fine with the units. I was a little disappointed when I looked at the units after the tune up and found that the tech did not mention that some insulation on wires has worn away. Tech did not mention or replace. Otherwise fine.

Very pleased with this provider. He called to make appointment, showed up right on time and got right to work. He cleaned the unit and made sure coolant level was correct. Before he left, he tested unit and made sure it was working great. Would definitely call him again.

I let the big deal expire, but they still came out. They said that I needed a compressor and were only here ten minutes. I offered them $200 an hour to do a job and said they would lose money on labor. I thought that was a good deal for them in my opinion. I ended up going with another company that offered me less. He is not out of the norm with his service, but nation wide there are alot of companies that just do labor. I was considering buying the unit whole sale and this company would not just do labor. In Clark county there are not any listed.

Luis called the day of the appointment and arrived on time. Luis was knowlegeable and professional. Both air conditionjng units are working well.

I appreciated that he did not try to sell me a new unit which would have cost thousands $ but brought my old unit up to speed until the time I have to get a new one

Luis was very professional. Made contact and set up appt. Showed me corrosion of plumbing lines. I set up appt to have replacement. Very punctual on arrival and workman, Flavio was very professional and made all necessary replacements. He showed me all replacements and explained everything to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them for any future business.

It turned out great. Actually there was more wrong with my air conditioner than I thought so he fixed that too and it was about $700 total. He came out, it didn't take very long, he was really nice, really professional. I chose them because Angie's list had a deal so I thought perfect, I think I need a tune up because it wasn't working very well when I bought it. I would use them again in the future.

He made sure we had no leaks and everything was working properly

The repairman was very professional and was early to arrive on both of the days he was here. He worked quickly, but thoroughly all during his time. He knew exactly what to do with each problem faced.

All Around was the contractor provided by my home warrenty company. Therefore, I only paid the service call amount specified in my contract. However, All Around did a commendable job, analying the problem during one visit and installing a new unit on a subsequen visit. I would recommend them for all A/C and plumbing problems. I have scheduled them for minor plumbing work on 9/17/2013.

The serviceman arrived on time in an unmarked van. He said his van was in service. For some reason, he did not identify himself at my door until I asked him why he was there. His finished whatever he did in less than 15 minutes. He recommended a repair that was not needed immediately. He added that Angie's List people complain if you come out for one thing and do another. So, he said, he wanted to make it clear that the work he identified did not have to be done now. It would cost, he said, about $300. I was so glad when he got out of my sight. I found him condescending and rude. I would not have him do any kind of work for me again. I felt I wasted my money.
