All Around Heating & Cooling

The Service went well. Gentleman had been out to house the year before for a minor repair on my other AC unit. This time he arrived and checked my outside fan and determined that the motor was burnt up. He replaced the whole outside unit and everything is cooling as it should. This is the second time I have used All around heating and cooling and I am completely satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend.

The service turned out okay. I thought they would have done more with the leak assessment. I expected them to use some type of device to determine if anything was going on below the home and that was not part of it.

The service turned out fine. They let me know that I had an attic rat problem. They were friendly to work with.

Called and was told busy at time call back. I called back two times never received a return call. A waste of money..

My experience went very well. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable in their field. I was pleased with the service and would recommend this company to others.

Tech showed up on time. Tech went over every part of my two A/C units and revealed that everything was good. Very hard not to trust a tech who only charges minimum with no upsell.

This is a provider I would use again without hesitation. No trouble making the appointment. He arrived on time, personable and professional. I was very satisfied with the service and have had no problems with my system since that time.

My experience with him was okay. The guy came through the house and I asked him about replacing certain things. It was like some ridiculous $2100 which I got done for $300. I had my handyman do those things for me. He was here when he said he would be here. He appeared here in some kind of rented truck and said that he was in the hospital.

The contractor came and said he couldn't add the freon because the A/C was leaking, and said it would be $800 to fix the leak. I asked for a refund for the coupon and my home insurance had someone come take a look at it and there were no problems at all.

I called all around heating cooling & plumbing to come and check what was wrong with the heating system of a property I had just purchased. He did all the up keeps and guaranteed it would be working perfectly for a long long time. I was once again more than pleased with the professionalism Luis is profiting his customers. I will continue to use his services when needed. He makes everithing go by fast and smooth as possible right from the moment we make the call. Great work!!!

Drained water heater of sludge and reconnected water.

He turned off the gas to one of the heaters and cut one of the control lines so that I finally had to have someone come out and find out why my downstairs heater was not working. I also found out later that an energy credit could have been obtained from NV Energy if a specified company was used.

He didn't want to be part of Angie's List any more. He basically didn't want to respond for a $49 service call. The guy actually hung up on me. He said he wanted to take another call and he never got back to me. I called him back and he said he didn't want to deal with Angie's List. Then he started to go into a little mini rant about Angie's List. He said he didn't want to deal with it anymore. I called him a couple of times. He didn't want to do the work and he wasn't very pleasant about it.

Even though the work wasn't done he was still very nice.

The service technician showed up promptly. He was patient with my husband (who tends to ask a lot of questions). He even stayed a little longer to help my husband troubleshoot problems with our Toyota's AC.

Had a mix up with the arrival time however when I rescheduled he was on time. |The service was done in a professional manner. |Answered all of my questions, was very knowledgeable. |Will use again if needed.

It went well, they did the job they were sent to do.

Very professional and helpful. Explained what he needed to do and replace on our unit. Gave us a timeline for future service calls.

Inspection of air conditioning unit.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. I guess it turned out okay, I guess. I had to wind up getting a new air conditioner for the outside unit. Unfortunately the provider didn't have an arrangement with this electricity company so I couldn't get a rebate. The guy did a good job but probably wasn't the best for me. They seemed honest and knowledgeable.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and I give them all A's.

Thorough. Said everthing wass in order and we had no problems through the season. Just scheduled for fall check-up on heating unit.

Didn't have service done. Rescheduled 10/25 to 11/2 since provider pulled back. Never heard from on 11/2 at all even after a phone call. No response at all and read a review from someone else having the same issue.

He was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very good.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They were good and we would use them again.
