Javier came out and gave us an estimate. We are going through another company at the moment. He was very prompt and professional.

The technician, Luis Jones, arrived within the time frame scheduled. He serviced two a/c units adding freon to one as the other did not need it. After the service Luis contacted me and told me the units were in good condition and explained what he did. I asked a couple of questions about planting trees, etc around the units and he advised me what NOT to do, referring to the interference of the units. Luis was very professional and knowledgable. I will definately use All Around Heating/Cooling again. Thanks for doing a great job.

Lewis is great - I totally trust him. He also carefully explained how to make sure my system and duct work stay in good working condition and schooled me on the importance of changing the filters regularly.

The tech Luis from all around really reaffirmed my faith in honest capable people . All around really did a great Job and dint try and up sale me . They actually saved me stress and money . I originally called a different company to help me with my air conditioner and somehow knew this other company was trying to take advantage of my ignorance of mechanical things . This "other" company was trying to make me spend thousands !! They basically said I needed a entire new unit ! On a friends advice I called ALL AROUND . Boy I'm glad I did ! Not only did they show up exactly on time as they when they said they would , Luis was presentable and professional (he also spoke perfect English as well as beautiful Spanish ) . Luis got right to work troubleshooting and to my shock gave me the diagnosis within 20 min. All I needed was a compressor fan, and at $475 it was nowhere near the "other guys" quote of thousands to replace the "entire unit "! Here is the best part ... He actually had the exact component in his vehicle that was needed to get my air conditioning up and running . He installed it within an hour . I couldn't be happier with my experience with ALL AROUND HEATING AND COOLING!! I can't over state what a joy it was to have finally found a decent and honest company. There is something to be said for doing business with a company the size of All Around rather than the huge Impersonal juggernaut companies . I hope I don't need to call for a repair again but if I do I will I certainly call ALL AROUND !

I've had some bad experiences calling out contractors before but this was a great experience (aside from needing service in the first place). They were prompt, identified the issue quickly, had the parts to fix the issue with them, and ended up being cheaper than expected. He even suggested some preventative maintenance I could do on my own to avoid issues with my AC in the future which was really nice and cemented my impression that they are a good company to use. Louis was very professional. Hopefully I don't need to see them again, but if I do have any more AC issues I won't hesitate to call these guys.

Did not perform any work as yet

I was referred by a friend and I urgently needed assistance. I was out of town for a week and came home Sunday morning to a EXTREMELY HOT house. My A/C was broken. I have a younger child and pets so I needed help sooner then later. I spoke with the owner Luis who was very flexible with my schedule and he came to repair my unit within the hour. That's what I call service. He was very friendly and professional! I will definitely refer him to ANYONE in need and keep his number in my contact book. Good service is hard to come by. Many Thanks!

Also, I have called Angie's on 2 ocaisions with more than 10 minute wait time. After which I gave up. You get an "F" from me.

He was very nice and apologetic..He has an injury that will not allow him to get on a roof to service a unit.

Was at my aunt's house when air conditioning unit stopped working. Remembered my previous experiences with this company and recommended Luis/ the owner of All around heating and cooling to my aunt. Called Luis and explained to him the situation. Informed us he will be in the house in an hour to check situation. Promptly, Luis showed up and inspected the unit. Luis informed us that the motor needs replacement and it will be done in an hour or less. Finished work in 30 mins! This is why I always have All Around Heating and Cooling's telephone number like a "911"! Always reliable and trustworthy.

Luis was excellent and rapid in his response to my call Fri Evening. Had the AC replaced by Sat afternoon. Very professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

It is a $99 big deal purchase for Honeywell digital thermostat including installation. It works out very well. The guy was on time, he was fast and professional. He didn’t do so many thing else. He just came in what he is paid to do and go. He did a good job. There is no problem. No additional charge to the $99 big deal. He came in and did look at it if it’s okay and go. They touch the watch the air conditioning unit and the way they do it and its like will turn off the main unit so there is no way it can cause any problems. He checked it out before left and we use it and satisfied. My air conditioner price dropped the first month and dropped by over a third. I have analog meter and we do meter reading and see big difference. It has been looking good all winter for the heater. I think I will push it in to save lot money. I guess he was here on time. He was very professional.

The gentleman responded quickly. He came to do the work and didn't look for anything extra. He didn't try to upsell us. I bought two units at $49 each and we didn't spend more than the cost of the deal.

He called the morning of the appointment to say he wasn't come because he doesn't go on the roof.

I purchased a Big Deal for $49 for an A/C tune-up with one pound of freon. When I spoke with him he said he no longer goes on roofs since his fall. He could not preform the service, but he was courteous.

It went perfect, we couldnt be happier.

Scheduled appointment -- came on time -- checked both systems. Very polite.

He said my A/C unit is new and doesn't need to be checked and should be working fine. It's hard to find someone who is honest and he was honest with me.
