It did not go well. I will be contacting Angie's List to discuss this clown, his "A" rating & weather or not we'll keep our subscription. Do yourself a favor & hire a true professional - not this joke!

When I called Luis in mid May he said he was booked up until June. I told him I had (lots of) company coming before the end of the month and was worried my 17year old air conditioner might not be up to it. He said he would try to work me in and, true to his word, about a week later called and asked if he could come by that day. He was quick and thorough and updated me about the system (he had serviced it the previous summer). He added the freon it needed and didn't even charge me for it. He gave me all the information I asked for about replacing the system but said mine was fine for now and did not try to sell me anything. He is extremely honest and hard-working and I would recommend him to everyone.

On afternoon of 6/2 my a/c unit went out and I contacted the company that I had been using to service a/c, heating & plumbing since purchasing my home in 2005. I purchased a new a/c unit with them shortly after buying my home and had it serviced annually, and had just renewed my service contract the week before. But when I called them to say my a/c wasn't working they advised that it would be next day before they could come out and that even though I had an annual service contract with them there would be an additional $69 "evaluation fee". I cancelled my contract with them and went on Angie's list in search of new provider. After reviewing several options I reached out to Luis and he said he would be out to my house the following morning between 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. .... and he was. He checked the existing unit and determined that there was a leak that had caused the motor to burn out. We talked about repairing the existing unit vs purchasing new one (with 10 yr warranty) and I elected to purchase new unit. Luis was back with the unit in a couple of hours and while installing discovered that reason for the leak was because wrong size pipes were used to install the old unit so he replaced those too. By later that afternoon my house was cool & comfortable ... thank God since it's already 100+ degrees here in Vegas! I am looking forward to enlisting the services of All Around for future needs .... besides a/c & heating, these folks provide plumbing, remodeling, general contracting too! So nice to find one source for multiple services!!

This date, they are busy. But we have schedule during Memorial Day weekend. So I canceled service. They are very good telephone communication. I hope next time I order again.

All I can say about this company is WOW, punctuality, professionalism, and one of the nicest kindness people we have ever met here in Las Vegas. A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Luis the owner of the company came to our home the same day, within the hour. Checked both units (AC) needed some Freon. Nothing major as he told us - he is a very honest man and it was a privilege to speak to someone who was very knowledgeable about Air Conditioning. I would recommend this company to family members and friends who need service for there AC units. Will definitely call him again for future work that needs be done in our home.. Thank you Luis.

Luis is a professional. He shows up on time, performs the work as promised, follows up to make sure you're satisfied, and charges a fair price for his services. The unit is working fine and the house is once again cool. I will use Luis for all my future HVAC needs.

I guess it was okay. I probably wouldn’t use them again. I know they have come back a couple of times. They fixed some things and didn’t really work and they have to come back again. I’m not really sure whether actually it would be fixed at all so I probably would not use them again.

My experience on Angie's List was great. I didn't realize the service would need to be scheduled 2 days after purchase. Since it's so hot in my home, I really needed to have my AC unit inspected today. I will be back on Angie's List looking for great deals. Thank you for the refund.

Punctual, efficient, professional, and more than willing to advise with regard to a long term plan for maintaining optimal performance from our three ten year old air conditioning units without incurring undue expense - what more could I ask for. I absolutely intend to utilize their services again in the future for seasonal tune-ups as well as as whenever need otherwise may dictate.

I think they came out and didn't find any leaks anywhere. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. I haven't had any issues since the service. It was a good price.

Hello: I purchased ($49 for an A/C Tune-Up with One Pound of Freon) from All Around Heating & Cooling - Order Number 1277341 for $49.00 on 05/19/2014. When I contacted Luis Jones from All Around Heating & Cooling, he stated that he had just hurt his knee very badly and is not allowed to go up and down ladders (our a/c unit is on the roof). He will not be released for at least 3-4 months to climb ladders again. Due to this situation, we would like a refund of the $49.00. We appreciated his honesty and integrity. Not responsive, poor service, unable to schedule and no return phone call. He's a one man operation and can't seem to keep up with the work.

Would have appreciated advance notice that they could not do the service.

Very knowledgeable and personable

Luis was quick to schedule me the same morning. arrived exactly on time. He analyzed my A/C issues then explained best and worst case scenarios before we discussed the most likely cause. Work was completed within an hour. A/C is working great now.

Luis was on time and very professional. Explained what work was preformed and the condition of the units. I will be using this company's services again.

Luis came out and checked my AC unit. I expected him to say I need a new unit, but he did not. He said my AC was fine and gave me tips on how to keep my cooling bill down. He put extra freon in without a charge and replaced a cap on the unit. I feel he was very honest and I would definately call him again.

Luis is great. He showed up on time and was done in about 15 minutes. He added some freon to the system and it works great. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and then some. I will definitely be using his company in the future.

The premotion included A/C inspection and a pound of freon. My A/C unit passed the inspection test and did not require freon. As a result, the Tech inspected my remaining 2 A/C units and re-placed all the plastic screw knobs, with brass knobs, at no charge. The original promotion called for only one A/C unit. I was very pleased. I'm sorry for the late review, I've had some personal issues to attened too.

Called service provider found on Angie's List to come service our air conditioner. Appointment was made for May 19, 2014. He was on time, VERY professional and friendly. We had already paid the $49.00 to Angie's List, therefore, there was no additional charge, even though, he had to put in three pounds of Freon. The ad said the service came with one pound free Freon if needed. I offered to pay him for the extra Freon but he declined to take it. He said he was not out to take advantage of his customers. It felt so good to have a young man with such character to come to my home and give us such professional, honest service. I can't wait to recommend him and his company to any one in need of that kind of service.

Great experience: - Very efficient owner - appointment scheduled promptly, replied to text message question right away, called before arrival at appointment time as promised. - Service was for a Big Deal purchase for A/C tune up. Luis felt our A/C unit was too new for service and service would do more harm than good. - We appreciated his honesty and work ethic. We will hire him for any future A/C or Heater needs. Thanks, Luis! And thanks to Angie's List for promptly refunding the service purchase.

The Tech, Mr. Jones was very informative and he did not try to sell me a new A/C unit like you sometimes hear about.
