They were good. It went well.

They're very punctual. They arrived on time. They did a good work. I haven't been disappointed with them. I've used them three or four times now. It went fine.

The contractor said the job was too small for him and referred us to an employee. The employee was unavailable for many weeks. The employee delayed the appointment numerous times even after he was "available". He was told to fix cracks in the drywall first, then some holes. He didn't do the important repair and failed to properly repair the holes in the drywall. The repair job was done poorly so that the holes reappeared. He also did work that was not asked for. I contacted the contractor who assigned someone new to the job. The 2nd person arrived an hour late after I had driven an hour to meet him and I had to demand that he show up as scheduled. He quoted a finish date, but never did any work. He responded back after the scheduled completion date that the first employee was supposed to finish the job, even though I asked that the previous employee did not finish the job. I hired another company to do the job. All-Around Heating & Cooling did not reimburse me for the cost of the poor repairs nor did they ever correct their mistakes. They are not responding to calls, emails, or text messages at this point.

I purchased a $49 service for an A/C tune-up with 1 lb of freon from All Around Heating and Cooling on April 30, 2014. I requested via messaging thru Angie List, if service was available on weekends or evenings as I work days M-F. No response. I last messaged this request thru Angie's List on 9/14/14. On 9/22/14 he messaged again that I should call to schedule. I called but could not ever get anyone to answer the calls. I called and left a message last on 10/20/14 stating my voucher would expire on 10/27/14, I had repeatedly tried to connect for scheduling and that I work M-F days. I have received no response. I would like a refund of the $49 I paid for this service. Thank You,

I tried calling the company, and they did not respond to my message. I have yet to speak with someone from this company.

This is the third time I've used him because he's honest, reliable, & fairly priced.

I have tried multiple times(10+) to get this"provider" to return my calls for service. I bought an angie's list "deal" in April, it expires on October 27. I have not heard from this guy yet, even after contacting angie's list for help. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR! You might as well contribute your money to a local charity. I have not even been able to get a refund. This is the first time I have been dissapointed with a vendor and angie's list. I feel like my money has been stolen.

I purchased the special, paid the money and never heard from them. I'm out $39 and still need service for that unit and two others at the house I would have paid full price to have serviced. Not cool (pun intended).

Never responded to original request or to second email.

The contractor would not call me back or return my messages to schedule an A/C tuneup.

I never heard from him. I tried calling and messaging through Angie's List and got no response.

Called 4 times and emailed 4 times no call back within a 2 week period of time.

I got a call from a gentleman working for this company. The call was breaking up and I asked him to call me when he got back to the office. He informed me that he had 4 bars on his phone and it was my phone. I have a LANDLINE!!!! He informed me that if he waited to get back to return phone calls...he would get NO work done. I told him goodbye. He never showed up!

I ordered the Big Deal for the AC Tune-up. I left two voice messages for the service provider on 9/25/14 and 10/1/14 to schedule an appointment, but received no response. On 10/3/14 I contacted Angie's List to cancel the Big Deal and receive a refund. I had only seen the overall "A" rating before purchasing the Big Deal, but did not read all of the detailed reviews. I now see that many others have had similar experiences with this service provider.

The technician was prompt and professional at all times. He was a wealth of knowledge about AC unit care and preventative maintenance. He was very straight forward and didn't try to up sell us anything which we appreciated. I'd use his services again and highly recommend him if you need AC service or repairs.

Our A/C unit broke over the weekend. We called one company first who presented options which ranged from a new condenser to a new A/C unit and furnace. Then we called All Around Heating & Cooling for an estimate and diagnosis of the problem. Luis, from All Around Heating & Cooling examined our unit and said we needed a new condenser and we absolutely did not need to upgrade to an entire new system including furnace. We were very relieved. He installed the unit that afternoon and the charge was reasonable and fair. We were very impressed with the service and the honest appraisal of the problem and what was needed to fix it. Also, the warranty on our unit exceeds that of the first company we called. We will definitely use All Around Heating and Cooling in the future.

Our air conditioner was not blowing cold. We had another unit and it wasn't over 100 yet,so we didn't require emergency service. The serviceman came out a week after we called. He was able to replace it the same day. It cost much less than we has anticipated. We were very pleased with the outcome.

Air conditioner went out over the week-end. I called All Around Heating & Cooling Monday morning and left a message on their answering machine. When I didn't get a call back all day, I called again in the late afternoon. I could hear children in the background, so apparently he was at home. I explained I wanted someone to come out and check the a/c, and he said he was booked for 3 weeks and hung up on me without even giving me a chance to respond. It seems that even if he is booked, he could act professionally and return my call, find out what I needed, and ask if a service call in 3 weeks would work for my needs. Not returning a call and then rudely hanging up doesn't seem like a company that should be getting excellent ratings.

They were running late due to being hung up at another job but called to let us know. Once they arrived the job was done quickly. When they were done the provider let us know and informed us of all the work done and the condition of the units.

I have four units, hence 4 services. One unit was found defective, he gave a quote to repair. I am investigating other bids and due to the age of the unit if I should just replace.
