All Around Heating & Cooling

We had ?All Around Heating and Cooling? come out for our annual spring air conditioner checkup. As always, Luis was prompt and courteous and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. The unit needed to be charged, but otherwise got a good bill of health. We have always appreciated the honesty and integrity of the company. We have never been upsold into buying something we don?t need. This is a very impressive company, which we would highly recommend with no hesitation.

Once again Luis went above and beyond expectations! He performed our yearly A/C tune up. He's always prompt and friendly and gives great pointers on how to maintain our cooling unit. We'll always turn to him for out A/C and plumbing needs.

Luis arrived on time and performed the service on my A/C. He was courteous and professional, and I will use him again in the fall.

Nothing. He would not return calls to schedule appointment. Still waiting for call back. Because of this bad experience with provider we will be canceling our membership. Angie's list refused to refund our money - issued credit. An unsatisfactory end to an unsatisfactory experience.

I found All Around Heating and Cooling through an Angie's List Big Deal promotion. I called the company and made a service appointment. Luis arrived right on time as promised. He was courteous and caring. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. He went right to work and fully explained the work he did, and what to watch for in the future, and how to get the best performance from my air conditioning units. I even asked out my heating units, and he was more than happy to give tips and his advice. I couldn't be happier with All Around Heating and Cooling, and I give this company my highest endorsement and recommendation.

It was excellent; fantastic. I like the overall professionalism. He came out on time. His name is Lewis. He was very friendly, explained everything, what he was going to do and he performed the service. He gave me some tips on how to keep it up properly. It was a great experience. I plan to use them again.

It was very good. He is such an honest person. He is just excellent at what he does. You can trust him. I've recommended him to my sister and my friend and her sister. I have a lot of confidence in him. I think he's very honest. The price was very reasonable. I've used him three years in a row.

Luis was on time, very professional and I felt that I could trust him. He did not try to charge me for maintenance I did not need or sell any other services. He replaced parts that were worn and suggested I get them replaced annually and did not charge extra for it. We talked about the unit and it's performance and he wanted to know if my electric bills were reasonable. I was very satisfied with his report about my air conditioner.

This was my first time using Angie's list and I was nervous about having someone go up on my roof and inspect my air conditioner. Luis Jones, who is the owner and operator of the company, called me 45 minutes before the appointed schedule to touch base with me. He arrived promptly at the appointed time. After he finished , he let me know what was done. He inspected and cleaned the unit, replaced a capacitor, and added the freon. Although the 'deal' came with one pound of freon, my unit needed two pounds, which Luis provided at no extra charge. My air conditioner got a clean bill of health, and I got peace of mind. I got a great sense of professionalism and integrity from Luis . If I had any problems in my home that his company services, I would not hesitate to call him.

I called All Around Heating and Cooling and scheduled an appointment for 1pm. Luis arrived 15 minutes early. I explained that the A/C unit in question is blowing hot air. He connected his gauges and found out that I had almost no coolant in the system. After he charged the unit in question I asked if he could check the charge on my other unit which turned out to be fine. All in All. When Luis left my house both of my A/C's were blowing cold air. I am extremely pleased with the service I received from All Around Heating and Cooling. Luis diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly with no "Hidden Charges" and he showed up early to our agreed upon time. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Have always had good service with them

Owner Luis came to residence on time. Asked if I was having any problems. This was a tune up special thru Angies list. Looked at my units invitied me to inspect them with him. My units are older so I knew they werent in the best of shape.He pointed out some issues they have. Told me to use them until they quit. All other AC companies I have used in the past all told me my units wouldnt last another year and for several thousands of dollars they could replace them that week! That was 7 years ago & thier still working fine! Luis explained that when I was ready to replace them he could give me a fair deal off season. His price on compartible units from other companies was almost half! When I do replace my units it willl be with this company. His honesty was refreshing!! He followed up with tune up, replacing lost freone, checking condenser motor, fan motor etc. He was through & on his way in an hour.

He came on time, very punctual and polite. Explained to me what the problem was and got to work and I was not disappointed with the service and I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a heating and cooling a/c job

This worked well too. I chose them because there was a deal on that one at the time, they were a little bit cheaper and and they were rated almost in the same category as he previous service. I decided to try them as well because you always need to have a backup. I purchased it and used it pretty quickly. Everything was in working order. This was my first time to use them. Again this was for my rental property so I told them to keep in contact with me, tell me when you go in, tell me when my tenant's there, followup with me if there are any issues and if everything is okay I'd like to know and they did all those things. They were on time.

The appoinment went extremely well. Luis was on time, did the tune-ups in a very reasonable amount of time and explained exactly what he had done and why. No additional charges, either. I highly recommend All Round Heating and Cooling. I will be a regular customer.

Provider got our appointment scheduled quickly and arrived promptly to perform the work. He gave us some tips on maintaining our units and completed his service quickly and efficiently. Very pleasent to work with :-) I would use this service again and would recommend him to others.

I called this company on March 31st & Luis Jones scheduled a 10:00 A.M. app't. for April 1st. He arrived at 10:00, checked my air conditioner and advised me the loud noise was from the compressor. My unit was 10+ yrs old & he explained that major problems can happen when a unit reaches this age. I knew that a bad compressor was not good & asked for an estimate on a new unit. Luis wrote up an estimate & I told him to replace the air conditioner. He told me he would go get the new unit & be back in an hour. Luis returned within the hour and he and his assistant replaced the unit which took about 2 hours. They were very professional and did a great job! Everything went smoothly. Would definitely call them again for other work I need done in the future. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL AROUND HEATING & COOLING.

It turns out that my new AC has a warranty and doesn't need that service. I was impressed with his honesty and forwardness with that information – which he didn’t need to do. If I do need anything now, I know who I’m going to. A+

We have lived in Las Vegas for 23 years and owned two different homes. During that time we have used many different air conditioning & heating companies with mixed results. Luis Jones of All Around Heating & Cooling is by far THE BEST. He is responsive, punctual, knowledgeable, honest and informative. His prices are very fair. We first used him in 2013 when we purchased an Angie's List Big Deal. He is and will continue to be our air conditioning and heating professional. We heartily recommend him!

Chris Bond tested my A/C and heat. He was thorough and very helpful; explaining several things about my older furnace. The price was fair, he did not try to sell me things I didn't need, and I will definitely call this company again.

It worked out well. We got what we needed. We did have some problems and we tried to call him back but either his number was disconnected or he never got back to us. We got disappointed so we went to Angie's list to look for another provided. Scheduling an appointment with him was easy. It was a one-man shop.
