Terrific. Called me the day of appt to confirm time. Showed up dressed professional. Diagnosed the problem. Got AC working in no time. Didn't pressure me on anything. Made sure I understood the problem. The price was VERY reasonable. I assure you it was a relief to know that this company you can hire without worry. Also, to add, this company has ALL the required contractors licenses for what he does; folks you'd be suprised as to how many don't. So if your looking for AC repair, I would highly recommend.

Technician showed up on time and completed service in a timely and efficient manner. They were very easy to deal with and charged a fair price. I will use them again for my furnace in the winter and future AC tune ups. Highly recommended.

My rooftop air conditioner (heat pump) stopped working in 110-degree Las Vegas weather. He went on my roof an fixed it for under $300, whereas another HVAC company quoted me $3800 to fix it or $5200 to replace it! That was before I joined Angie's list. I'm really glad that I did, because I did not need a new unit at all and the fix was minimal compared to the other guys. But, the honesty of this company is really good. I did not notice that he forgot to apply my prepaid amount from my Angie's List coupon to his labor. I would not have seen the difference, but he company called me and told me about the mistake and are sending me a check for $49 refund. That kind of honesty is not common. I'm very impressed.

Horribly. Missed the first appointment on July 17th. Got it rescheduled for July 26th. Missed that appointment as well and has not bothered to return any phone calls. Apparently decided they could get more money for performing services for people other that ones contracted with on Angie's list. I am currently trying to get my money refunded.

Excellent!! Provider called before he came. Arrived when the said. Provided great service and explained everything.

Luis was very knowledgeable and patient. I ask a lot of questions and he was happy to answer them. One unit had a small unexpected problem (very slow leak indications) and although the tune-up would address it temporarily, he gave me my options for the future when it will likely require additional work.

The owner Luis Jones deserves the highest marks for his professional, knowledgeable and courteous manner. The work was scheduled and completed on time. The installers did great work without a hitch. I would highly recommend Mr. Luis Jones to be your next contractor in Heating and Cooling.

Unit was cleaned and inspected. Then 4 lbs of refrigerant was added.

Our AC was broken and it was extremely hot. So hot we had to send our dog to a friend's house because he got sick from the heat. We contacted All Around Heating & Cooling through the deal purchased on Angie's List (at around 8:00pm) and requested the soonest available appointment. We were emailed the next morning and were told they could come between 2-4 pm. Luis arrived at 3:30 and began investigating the problem. He figured it out in just 10 minutes and replaced the broken part in about 20. He then performed the inspection per the deal and added the included pound of freon. He showed me how to tell if we were running low and explained the benefits of the yearly inspection. He was professional, quick, and the services and parts were a fair price. We cannot recommend All Around Heating & Cooling enough! From, Steve, Danielle, and Huey p.s. Huey (the dog) is as healthy and happy as he was before and loving our new cool house!

It went well...gentleman was very informative on how often I should service my unit in the state of Nevada which is much different than Tennessee. Informed me I have a small freon leak..but nothing to worry about.

What I liked about this company was that they did NOT try to sell me ancillary products and/or services. They were very honest about what I really needed (1 can of refrigerant...the unit has a slow leak).

I highly recommend All Around Heating and Cooling. Luis provided excellent service and is a trustworthy individual.

Luis checked the a/c unit outside and its other parts in our attic. He replaced the Honeywell circuit control board, replaced the capacitor, added more freon, and replaced wiring to the evaporator and control board. He spent most of his time working in our hot attic on the control board, etc.. He said that our a/c unit and its parts looked very good, that we don't need another a/c unit replacement at this time. He said that our unit could last another 5 or 6 years. He preferred to save us money today by just fixing it instead of replacing it. That was good news and this unit, the original one, is 17 years old already. We are the second owner of this home. We thought his price was reasonable, considering an hour of labor, and his promptness in arrival. Also, I have read of his honesty on previous work on Angie's List over the last few years. We were very pleased, and will call him again in the future. Thank you, Angie's List!

Luis was very professional and prompt. Setting the appointment was easy and he was very responsive. He arrived on time and quickly got to work on assessing my AC unit. Once completed, we spoke about the current condition and what if any issues I may need to be aware of in the future. I would recommend him to all. I will call him again if any future issues arise.

I purchased the service on July 2 2015. I received a reply early am on the third, I call Louis answered scheduled service on July 4, Louis called back said he could be there today Friday the third so I said sure. Upon arrival Louis checked out the ac unit deemed it was low on freon, so he added aprox 3 lbs of freon, his deal allowed for 1 lbs with service. No charge for the added freon that was very nice! robert

I was looking for a tune-up on my A/C units as one had recently started to make a little noise (buzzing). Saw All Around Heating & Cooling had a deal going, and after reading the many reviews on Luis' outstanding service decided to take advantage of the deal. I bought two $49 tune-ups, one for each unit, on 1 Jul. Even though I mentioned I was in no rush to be scheduled (I know how busy A/C service techs get at the start of a Vegas summer), Luis set me up with an appointment on the morning of 3 Jul. He called ahead to say he would be early, and got right to work once he arrived. One unit (the one that was buzzing) was quite low on refrigerant, while the 2nd unit was fine. Even though it took closer to 3lbs of refrigerant vs. the 2lbs I paid for with the deals, Luis didn't charge me for the extra. On top of all that, Luis took the time to explain what to look for, how to maintain our units, even how to maintain the tree that is getting close to overhanging the fans. Great service, would definitely recommend!

Luis came by rather quickly and provided great service. He's an honest guy and he explained what was wrong in a common man's way. We've called upon him in the past and he he always provides great, punctual service.

Luis Jones is the All Around Heating and Air Conditioning professional who checked our furnace and air conditioning unit. Mr. Jones was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Since we had just moved into a new home, we immediately contacted All Around Heating and Air Conditioning and requested Mr. Luis Jones to check our HVAC systems. Mr. Jones took the time to explain to us in detail how our heating and air conditioning systems worked. He told us our air conditioning system was only three years old and did not, at this time, require any maintenance and he also checked our furnace. Again, he told us furnace was in good shape and did not require any maintenance at this time. We had used Mr. Jones at our prior residence and because of his expert knowledge and honesty is why we contacted him specifically when we moved to our new house. I would recommend Mr. Luis Jones to anyone that needs HVAC help.

It was quick. Not even sure there was much to do. I'm not sure if there is a "Thorough cleaning of the A/C unit option," but I doubt you get that for 39 bucks. Our units still work.
