Luis was very professional and prompt, giving updates on his arrival time throughout the day. He was courteous to explain process step by step and offer pointers to get the most out my units. I highly recommend his services and will keep his number handy for any other needs.

I got this offer as a means to get a second opinion about the status of my AC and heating system. He checked everything out, and told me that I needed more Freon for my AC. The first pound was included with the offer, but it needed 2 more pounds. He also told me that soon I would need a new compressor, because the present one was not cooling the Freon very effectively. He told me that just the outside unit needed replacing, as opposed to the first gut I saw who wanted to replace both inside and outside units. The cost would have been nearly 5 times as much. I will be having All Around Heating and Cooling replace my compressor.

The pricing was okay. I did not pay any additional price to the big deal. I had to push them to clean up some vents. I had to point some things out before they went ahead to do the job, which wasn't necessary from my previous experiences.

He did a very good job and was very honest. I felt comfortable with him in my home and he didn't overcharge me. I will call him in the future for any needs. He is trying to build up his business and he is worth it.

I would use this service provider, again. He deserves an A++++ rating! Don't call anyone else before calling this company.

Luis was prompt, called before arrival to confirm time of arrival, replaced my ventilation filters with no labor charge (I insisted on tipping him for this, but he refused any compensation - a real upstanding guy), went straight to work and didn't charge me for extra Freon! This gentleman is a true professional in all senses of the term. Seems more interested in satisfying his customer than making an extra buck. I can't praise this company enough! Should be your first choice for your HVAC and plumbing needs!!!!!

Had to get new AC unit installed at inlaws house. we looked around and this company gave us the lowest price to get a new unit after looking around from other companies. When they installed the new unit the owner was very professional. He seemed cocky but knew what he was doing so it wasn't a bad thing. The work was done great and in no time we had a working AC just ready for the summer heat.

I have only owned this home for 5 years and I do not know much about the rooftop AC, since I have never had a need to be on the roof. I called him out on a coupon special to do an "AC tune-up with 1 pound of refrigerant." He did no tune it up nor put 1 pound of refrigerant in it, because he pointed out that there was a leak and that the whole unit needed to be replaced. That is why I could not feel any cold air coming out of it, so he recommended a brand new rooftop AC unit, a 2-ton, 14 SEER unit, for $6,390.00. I felt that it was a little high, so I looked on craigslist and found a competitor who just finished (May 3, 2016) installing a brand new Goodman 2-ton, 14 SEER, unit on my rooftop with a 10-year warranty and 1-year labor, for $4,000.00 complete, including tax. The Angie's List provider was overpriced by $2,390.00. That was quite a difference in price and I am sitting here in Las Vegas with cold AC blowing on my as I type this, while saving over two-thousand dollars!

The service provider failed to either show up or contact me.

Luis is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and most of all honest. We have been using him for the past 3 years and he has always been on point with everything. Even though we are way out of his way he still is willing to make the trip when we need him in a timely manner. He is honest about what is really going on and he isn't trying to rip you off. He gives a great deal and quality work. We will use him always.

Eased my mind about rusty leaking water, and a unit that seemed unusually loud to me, and explained what was going on. The tech was prompt upon arrival. We had an issue with one of the units blowing hot air, which was from the low Freon. However the "tune up" simply consisted of him hooking up some gauges, and removing a panel on the units and looking at something. A part that "we should keep our eye on" with no real idea what I was looking at. (This part of the AC was on the ground level.) The only talk of any kind of leak was, "There probably wasn't one, and if it isn't broken at the moment don't fix it." When I asked about the tune up features, he basically said that "most people don't understand it, and it's really a loss leader to get us new business." I thought this a bit strange, but when he left, the air started to blow cold. And it did - for about six hours. Now we live in Las Vegas and were entering a heat wave that was hot even for those of us used to Vegas Summers. The next morning the temperature upstairs was back up over 85 and climbing. I tried calling the service tech and basically he said he couldn't get back out for several more days, and another service fee, etc. Based on this conversation, and not happy with the service already provided, I decided to look elsewhere for resolution. I was able to get another company to come out, he inspected the outside units, but more importantly, also asked to see and did a complete check of the other half of the units, that are located inside the attic of the house. Once he did this our new technician was able to quickly diagnose a leak in a system that would cause any Freon added to leak out almost immediately. Although he did more testing to be 100% complete the new tech said cursory visual inspection of the rest of the unit in the attic would have shown anyone there was a leak of some type. He quoted us a price to repair and add Freon (at $35.00 a pound compared to $65.00) and we're back in business. I feel if someone is going to sell their service as an A/C "tune up" they should look at all the overall parts not just the ones easy to get to. (You wouldn't have a mechanic to half a tune up of a car). If this had been done in the first place this problem could have been caught, and we could have paid to have it fixed then and there, and not gone through so much hassle.
