Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Explained options and cost. Did not try to sell us a new A/C unit. Both units were very low on Freon. We could feel the difference immediately. A/C units do not run nearly as much. Highly recommend!

Overall it went well. Luis is a straight up guy. Handles all communication personally. We appreciated his no-nonsense professional approach and candor. We will use his services for any future AC/Heating needs.

It's never happened. I called the guy up and he acted like I was insane to think he would show up for month because it's summer in Las Vegas. That much is understandable, but then maybe he should take his deal off Angie's List. Or maybe Angie's List should guarantee some reasonable amount of time for a service to be completed before they allow deals to be posted. I paid but have no confidence I'll ever hear from this guy again. I want my money back.

Luis was GREAT! I called him the morning after our downstairs AC stopped working. He was able to come by the same day in the early afternoon and troubleshoot the problem. The unit needed a new motor and capacitor. Gave us a quote for the parts and said he would be back in 2 hours. He was. Fixed the AC and it works great. A bonus, he called to let us know he was on his way for the first appointment and called to let us know when he had the part and would be returning soon. That is true professionalism. The price was fair and we are very pleased.

Firstly, it had been SEVERAL years since my A/C was last serviced and I decided it was time for a maintenance check. Secondly, I'm glad I made an appointment with "All Around." The gentleman that came to my door was wearing a shirt that identified himself, his van was easily identifiable with the company name and the gentleman also provided me with a very professional business card. I truly appreciate the company's effort to easily identify their employee. Thirdly, after I directed the gentleman, "Luis," to my A/C units he did an initial evaluation, he explained EVERYTHING he initially observed (the good and bad) and then proceeded to work. As it turned out, my motors were leaking oil! Luis did not try to force me into replacing them. He explained to me that they would eventually need replacing and why the need for replacement. Luis was very transparent with his work and he was most gracious in answering the numerous questions I had. After I looked at the amount of oil that was leaking I determined that it was best to replace the motors that same day (a stitch in time). Again, in no way did Luis try to sell me replacement motors. Being on a fixed income it was so refreshing to come across a repairman that wasn't pushing the customer to buy this or that! Additionally, Luis found the exterior, wall housing unit for A/C electrical wiring was loose. He fixed that at no additional charge. I can say without reservation that Luis with "All Around Heating and Cooling" is my go-to-guy for future servicing/repair issues!... THANK YOU LUIS!

I have used Luis Jones and his company twice before to perform $49.00 annual checkups (special on Angie's List with 1 free pound of Freon) of my AC system in both 2016 and 2015 and was extremely satisfied with how knowledgeable Luis was and his low-key, no-pressure, try and keep your existing AC unit as long as you can approach to air conditioner repairs and maintenance. With many years of experience in this line of work, he is clearly interested in saving his customers money which is in direct contrast to some other air conditioning serve providers (e.g., One Hour Air Conditioning, etc.) who are primarily interested in selling you a completely new HVAC system at a cost of about $5,000.00 or more every 10 years or so. When the fan above my compressor finally stopped rotating after 13 years of continuous use while initially tripping my breaker a few times, Luis was just man to install a new motor of somewhat higher capacity and durability (0.33 versus 0.25 horsepower on the original installation). I had called him the previous evening (06/22/2016) when my AC had unexpectedly shut down and my room temperature had inched upward into the low 80s, Luis always has the time to give advice and help troubleshoot the problem that you may be having. When my AC breaker had tripped once again the next morning, he came by around noon time that same day to restore the much missed cooling capability of my now idle air conditioner. It should also be mentioned that Luis is a very enjoyable person to have around (apart from the fact that he is providing a service at a reasonable cost); he's a most interesting conversationalist. Luis Jones has now become my go-to person for HVAC repairs! Perhaps, you too should seriously consider using his services?

Luis was prompt and professional. He got everything fixed up quickly. I was extreme pleased with the high level of service.

Fair. Only service provided was servicing system with refrigerant, expected system to be checked to see if all mechanical, electrical, etc. parts were functioning properly. Would be nice to know in advance (before purchasing service on Angie's List) that if my system needed more than one pound refrigerant that each additional pound would cost $55, I need 3lbs, adding $110 in addition to the $49 paid in advance. Note, Luis was very knowledgeable and explained the reason refrigerant was so expensive. Overall I was pleased with the service.

luis was on time, in fact early. with his 20 plus years of experinence and looking over the whole system, he found that the motherboard had burned out.Very knowledgeable, professional,honest.A five star guy. Definite yes! I would hire him again.

Luis Jones arrived at my house at 9:00pm. He did call 1 hour before and told me he was finishing a job and would be at my home in about an hour. He knew exactly what to repair and did not charge me a penny. I tried to give him something for his time, but he said "NO" the unit was still under warranty. I did manage to give him a bottle of water, big deal. Luis is the best service man I have ever used. He has replaced both of my AC's and has worked on my Furnace....even on a Sunday! All Around Heating and Cooling is the BEST. Call....you won"t be disappointed!!!!

All of the tune-up work and replacement of parts I expected, but what I didn't expect was the prompt attention and service I received, especially given the escalating temperatures in the city. He stayed in touch with me to let me know a probable window for our appointment, and when he was able to meet me sooner than expected, promptly let me know, which couldn't have been better timed. I appreciated his effort and quick turnaround service from our first phone call to wrapping up our appointment that same morning. I will definitely use All Around Heating & Cooling for my AC needs.

Ordered and paid for a service through AL. Was never contact about the service but was I obviously charged for the service. Services where never performed and now I need to get a refund.

Started off purchasing coupon for air conditioner checkup and 1 lb. of Freon.I have had checkups in the past and know that both air-conditioners have small leaks. Usually if I top off both air-conditioners they last through the summer. Well on the day I was going to call to set up an appointment ,my upstairs air=conditioner stopped working and the house temps were close to 95.Since it was my youngest sons High School Graduation we were going to have family from all over the country in and out for the next 4 days and outside temps were going to be close to 110 or higher . We had to do something. I called Luis from All Around H/C at 9 in the morning to see if I could get an Appt. , ASAP. He checked his schedule while he was at another job and saw he could squeeze me in later that day or early evening.As I was Thanking him for that , he said he was a little ahead of schedule and only 10 mins away. He would call in as soon as he was done.He did and within 20 mins he was at my door. He went straight back to my air-conditioners ,told me I could join him and he would explain what he was doing. 15 mins later , he had checked them ,diagnose the one that wasn't working as a bad capacitor and added the Freon to both of them and they were blowing cold. Luis is very Professional , Efficient and Friendly and I owe a Very Successful ( and COOL ) Graduation Weekend to him. I wouldn't Hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone who needs an A/C Guy. THANK YOU

Luis was fantastic. My A/C stopped cooling air properly so I ordered the diagnostic to figure out why. Luis came out and after a short conversation about observations that could indicate the problem, he quickly deduced that it was probably a bad capacitor. He did the swap out to verify and the A/C began working like new. The whole service call took 20 mins. Considering it is Summer and he's inundated with service calls, Luis was patient, personable, courteous, and professional. He talked me through his process and never tried to up sell me a bigger problem. I will definitely be calling Luis if I ever have any issues.

Luis responded to my message through the Angie's List website almost immediately, whereas the contact info supplied in the email went unanswered for 3 days. He did his best to fit me in today and came by exactly when he said that he would. I'm not sure "How'd it go?" is different from "What did the provider do?" What I said there pretty much applies here, and there isn't anything else to add. Would I use this guy in the future? You bet.
