Excellent service. Louis was on-time, professional and helpful.

I called to ask for a quote to simply replace a fuse in the furnace and the guy told me that since I have the "Nest" thermostat, he wouldn't even bother to come replace a fuse.

Technician was running late due to a previous call, however, did let me know before my scheduled appointment. We scheduled a new time ( not that long from the original appointment)) and he was here at the agreed upon time.

The overall experience was great. I called Luis on a Saturday morning because my heat would not turn on. He said he could be out in less than an hour. Called back with a 15 minute out call. When he got to the house he trouble shot the problem and in a relatively short time figured out it was something wrong with the thermostat setup, and promptly fixed the problem. Additionally, I am currently doing a remodel and he spent some time giving me some free insight into that process which I really appreciated. Luis answered the initial call himself. He scheduled an appointment for later the same day (Saturday). He had a cancellation and called to see if he could come to the house at an earlier time. He arrived quickly, looked at, assessed the issue and had the heater working very quickly. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and honest. From the initial contact to repair was less than two hours... WOW!

He was very helpful and explained everything he was doing. Very professional, polite and on time.

Lewis was very professional and prompt ! I liked that he kept me up-dated on his arrival time. He was up front about his services and took time to explained repairs needed for the issues I was having with said unit.

The tech was courteous, called ahead and was on-time! Not a lot of work was done because as it turns out, what I was hoping would be a simple fix, turned out to be a dead compressor. And on a 20 year old heat pump, there's no point in replacing just the compressor, so he wrote up an estimate for a whole new system. I'm in the process of getting additional quotes, but so far, they've all been about the same.

The second time we've used them, they do great I would call them again. Hopefully they'll put on another special next year.

I was extremely pleased with the service. The technician was right on time. He inspected my unit and added frion free of charge and also changed my air filter for no charge. He took the time to explain my unit to me and did not try to sell me any unnecessary service. I will definitely you that company ongoing.

The serviceman showed up looked at the AC unit internally and externally. He gave me some maintenance tips and refilled the coolant. Very pleasant and helpful guy. it was a good experience.

It was one of the best service experiences I've ever had. I read the reviews about this company and Louis and gave them a call. I was surprised not to get an answering machine or a screener /appointment setter on the phone. It was actually Luis who answered. I described my issue and asked when he could come out. He said he could come out the next day. When I asked if there was any way he could come today, he said he'd fit me in. It was 8am when I called. All repairs were done by 11:30am. It was clear he knew his stuff and new within minutes what the problem was, what caused it and the needed fix. Most importantly he educated me on best practices, not to upgrade the unit unnecessarily and why it will function well for many years with a little maintenance. So it a nutshell, he was professional, a very quick response, very knowledgeable, and no upsell monkey business. I will be using him for my yearly maintenance and would highly recommend his services.

I can't fully put into words the appreciation and admiration I have for Mr. Jones. He came in, checked the unit and answered my questions honestly. I had a larger company come out previously and they told me I needed a new unit as mine is 20 years old and it would cost $10,000. I am a female senior and was so scared to use my unit that I left it on between 83-85 degrees because I worried it would break and flood my ceiling as I was told. I don't have that kind of money either. Mr. Jones put my mind at ease, explained and answered my fears, and even refused the tip I tried to give him. If my unit does go out, I will call him for a repair or a new unit as I trust him. I now have the unit at 80 degrees when it's too hot. I am grateful for people like him and recommend him to everyone.
