ADT explained clearly how to operate our home alarm system. They are helpful providing regular maintenance and check ups every few months. The technicians are always polite and I know if I ever have any problems, they will respond quickly.

Everything went great with the installation. They took their time to make sure everything was connected properly and with no problems. They tested the system prior to leaving which was just awesome. It kind of gave me a secure feeling knowing that the system really was working properly. The employees that did the installation explained every detail of the system and showed me how to change my security code. They were great as far as being helpful. The installation for the system was free and I pay a monthly fee as long as I continue to keep the service.

ADT was very professional when it came to installing the $350 system I ordered. I stress the amount because that is how much I had to pay for the system including the installation of course. I thought that was really high until I got a chance to experience the security it offered. ADT provides me with excellent security. They are always on top of things making sure that my system is working properly and keeping me satisfied with them. I pay them a monthly fee to continue my service. I will probably continue my service for many years.

ADT does a good job. We've had no false alarms since we've lived here and they once checked from their office to make sure that everything was working well. They didn't charge for the installation, only for monthly monitoring.

I can say that ADT tends to make me feel very protected. My system recently went off and they were here right away, along with some police officers. It was probably less than five minutes; at least it seemed like it. They said they tried to call but the phone was busy. It was kind of a comical experience. They did deactivate the system with no problem at all. They explained why they sent someone out right away. They told me because of the alarm going off and the phone being busy they sensed a problem. I enjoy their service and I feel they will continue to keep me safe. I pay them monthly for there great service and I plan to keep them around forever.

ADT Security Service was very informative about their company. They had installed the system properly and explained thoroughly how the system works and how to operate their system. They had answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. When we accidentally pushed the button and set it off, the police were here within 5 minutes. I felt good about how fast they responded, and the police did not give us any hassle over it being an accident.

I really like ADT and the technician was very experienced and did a good job. We tripped the alarm a couple of times and they called us immediately. They took their time explaining the system and they were so professional and caring. They were pretty quick at getting the system installed.

A few days ago, I was disappointed in the response time with my ADT Security Service. The alarm in my home went off as assistance was needed and all my neighbors were here before the police. I have used this security service since 1970 and will be changing services very soon. I have trusted this company for many years and after the slow response on the weekend, I do not feel safe anymore.

ADT Security Service has our best interest as customers in mind and really makes us feel comfortable in this new area. We haven't had any problems, but in case we ever did, we are certain that they will take proper steps to ensure our safety and take care of us.

We're quite pleased with ADT, and have no complaints. If we've had any false alarms, they answer right away. Once they had to make some sort of adjustment from within their office to adjust some code.

ADT Security Service did do a good job when I used them. I ended up making them come out and take the system out because I live in a pretty safe neighborhood. I really didn't think that it was worth the money that I was paying. I did think that their price was very expensive.

We used ADT for three years at our previous house. We just moved recently and the installation here took six hours and it's still not complete. However we will probably stick with ADT since we are familiar with their service and have trusted then in the past.

ADT Security Service did not do a very good job installing our monitoring system. The installer disconnected my freezer and ruined some of my perishables. Once I called to have repairs done, they did make an appointment with me, however nobody showed up to do any work. I called again and an installer finally came out and made an assessment but never came back to do the work.

ADT Security Service had tried to charge for two false alarms. They never tried to call the three contact members that I provided them. I was never even contacted either time as well. I feel according to our contract, they failed to provide the service that I paid for. I do not use them anymore. They did charge me on a quarterly basis.

ADT Security Service provides reliable monitoring service and installed our alarm system properly. I really liked that they were thorough when explaining the system, how it works, and how to operate it. They have always responded immediately whenever we've accidentally set it off, which happens often, yet they have not complained about our false alarms.

ADT Security Service responded immediately to service another company's security system. The serviceman was nice and professional, so I asked him to removed my old system and install his. He was in and out in three hours and even installed an extra key pad in my bedroom.

ADT Security Service has really provided unsatisfactory service to us. Every time someone comes in our door, day or night, it sets the alarm off and they call us. We have asked repeatedly to fix this problem or to program a sixty second delay so we can reset it without having to go through this every time; however, they can't seem to correct it. We have to pay into our Home Owner's Association each month no matter if we switch alarm systems or not, so we feel we are kind of stuck with ADT. We are very dissatisfied with their service as we feel this should be an easy problem to fix, yet they can not seem to do it.

ADT Security Service thoroughly explained how to use our system when they installed it, however no matter how well they explain things, you still forget. They are very patient with us and we can call them with any questions that we have. I think their pricing has gone up and does seem high. I would grade them higher if they would call and check up on our system from time to time. When an alarm does go off they respond through a service and I would like to get an actual check up just for peace of mind.

ADT Security Service is a very good company as they make us feel very safe in our home. Every time we have a false alarm, they call within thirty to sixty seconds and we know they are right on top of things. The staff is very friendly and answered all of our questions. The reason I gave them a couple of B ratings is I think that the price is a little high.

ADT has been silently monitoring our system since we moved here to see how responsive they are in a case like that and we haven't had any false alarms. However, because we feel they're charging way too much, we are moving our service to another company.
