Everything went great with the installation. They took their time to make sure everything was connected properly and with no problems. They tested the system prior to leaving which was just awesome. It kind of gave me a secure feeling knowing that the system really was working properly. The employees that did the installation explained every detail of the system and showed me how to change my security code. They were great as far as being helpful. The installation for the system was free and I pay a monthly fee as long as I continue to keep the service.

ADT Security Service made sure I knew every little thing about my alarm system. They are definitely the most polite people to work with. I have not had any false alarms and I do feel safe and secure with them.

After hooking up the monitoring device, they gave us a demonstration on how to use it. They seemed very caring. If the alarm is set off, they call you immediately. They installed the system for free, and we agreed to a monthly maintenance agreement of twenty nine dollars per month.

ADT does a good job. We've had no false alarms since we've lived here and they once checked from their office to make sure that everything was working well. They didn't charge for the installation, only for monthly monitoring.

ADT Security Service has really provided unsatisfactory service to us. Every time someone comes in our door, day or night, it sets the alarm off and they call us. We have asked repeatedly to fix this problem or to program a sixty second delay so we can reset it without having to go through this every time; however, they can't seem to correct it. We have to pay into our Home Owner's Association each month no matter if we switch alarm systems or not, so we feel we are kind of stuck with ADT. We are very dissatisfied with their service as we feel this should be an easy problem to fix, yet they can not seem to do it.

ADT Security Service did a good job installing our alarm system and has also done a good job monitoring it. Thankfully, I haven't had to use them for any emergencies, however I did accidentally set the alarm off once and they called to check up on me right away. That made me feel confident that if we ever did need them, they would be there for us.

A few days ago, I was disappointed in the response time with my ADT Security Service. The alarm in my home went off as assistance was needed and all my neighbors were here before the police. I have used this security service since 1970 and will be changing services very soon. I have trusted this company for many years and after the slow response on the weekend, I do not feel safe anymore.

Our system was not recognizing a code we had been given and we spent three hours with them on the phone trying to correct the problem. The first time, they were able to help us, but this time no one knew how to correct the situation. They suggested that we cut some wires, but we didn't want to start a fire. Because of this, we will not renew our contract with them.

ADT Security Service did not do a very good job installing our monitoring system. The installer disconnected my freezer and ruined some of my perishables. Once I called to have repairs done, they did make an appointment with me, however nobody showed up to do any work. I called again and an installer finally came out and made an assessment but never came back to do the work.

ADT Security Service is a very good company as they make us feel very safe in our home. Every time we have a false alarm, they call within thirty to sixty seconds and we know they are right on top of things. The staff is very friendly and answered all of our questions. The reason I gave them a couple of B ratings is I think that the price is a little high.

ADT Security Service explained how the alarm system worked but they do not provide regular check ups on my alarm system. I have had them out on a few occasions because of a bad connection. They came right away and fixed the problem without any hassle. I have been with them for seven years.

They are very patient with us and we can call them with any questions that we have. I think their pricing has gone up and does seem high. I would grade them higher if they would call and check up on our system from time to time. When an alarm does go off they respond through a service and I would like to get an actual check up just for peace of mind.

ADT Security Service provides good service. I once tripped my alarm and they called immediately and I was happy that they responded so quickly. It was my own fault, so it was no big deal. I locked in the price with a contract which I thought was good. I really haven't had any other contact with them at all.

ADT Security Service is a good company for security service, but I found that they do not keep customer's personal records confidential from their own employees. One former employee of ADT started his own security company and took my personal information with him. He threatened me and made some obscene phone calls to my home because I would not change to his security business. In spite of this incident, I am continuing to have them monitor my alarm system as they do a good job and respond very quickly when my alarm is activated. They also test my alarm system periodically.
