AA RAFF MOBILE MECHANICS

The first day they fixed my brakes they gave me a total cost of 200.00 for replacing my front brake pads and rotors. Then this Natasha employee calls me back to apologize it would be another 70.00 dollars she didn't add on two rotors just one, I'm upset and told her I have 260.00. So they came out to do my brakes and it wasn't my front brakes they said it was the rear ones. I said ok how much would that be they said the same price. So they fixed my brakes we talked about doing some more repairs and they left. Well the next day I'm still hearing grinding in my brakes  so they came back out and said it was my master cylinder. I said ok give me a estimate on that and the cost for my valves to be replaced. They said 460.00 I said just fix the valve gasket where the leak is coming from. So they took it to there shop brought my truck back the next day my car is still leaking so I called them. They said oh well you have another problem in your engine and that job will be 800.00. I said why didn't you tell me that when you brought it before, and they didn't give me an invoice. They said oh well bring it in once a week for the oil level to be checked and when it reaches a thousand miles we will do a oil change and that will stop the leaking. They are crooks and  I spent a total of 525.00 with them and feel like they didn't do anything. Do not enter warning warning warning !!!!!!!!!!!!!

IAt first he suggested we just replace the Pump and Dryer and convert to R134a, after replacing the two parts there his mechanic bent a tube on the ex-changer so he ordered a new ex-changer, installed it and found there was a defect in the weld of the new unit. Since my vehicle was waiting for the new part for exchange I had him replace the Alternator to a high power alternator and re-route some water heater hoses. he is now working on Breaks and total tune up too. Raff and Big Mike know what they are doing and are good workers.
