Steve is a good man - he worked quickly, efficiently, and amiably. I would have (and will) have him back again and again. Finding a good plumber is like finding diamonds and I think I have one in Steve. I'd call him again in a minute and I think he come to our aid quickly.

It went very well. All services were provided in a timely manner and the quality of the work was excellent. we paid half the price that we paid for the original installation of our irrigation system, and we received twice the service that we had gotten when the first installation was done. We have used the Plumbing Company for several jobs and have always gotten top-notch service for a very reasonable price.

Steve quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He offered insight to maintaining our radiant heat system and suggested another change that would save a lot of energy for the recirculating hot water system. Steve's willingness to share his technical knowledge was greatly appreciated. If the need arises, Steve would be at the top of our list for a plumbing repair.

We hired Steve based on everyone else's reviews on Angie's list. They were right! He was the best plumber we have hired in 20 years of hiring them for many different jobs, big and small. He is very intelligent, observant, confident and very experienced at almost all aspects of plumbing. His observations about plumbing are acute and perceptive. He made us feel he really cared about our job. He wasn't in a hurry and didn't hesitate to mention things he saw that we had not asked him to fix, which we really appreciated. He made excellent suggestions about long-term maintenance practices which no one else has ever mentioned to us, even supposed top notch plumbers. I particularly appreciated how very clean, neat and considerate Steve is. He asked about where he could put things down, rather than putting a dirty bag down just anywhere. It didn't look as if a plumber had been there when he finished. Contrast that to the plumber who came last week, who made a mess that took about 2 hours to clean up. Steve also cares about his Angie's list reviews, which is a nice plus. It shows how confident he is that he does a superb job. We are looking forward to working with Steve from now on. I would encourage anyone looking for excellent plumbing help to hire Steve.

In addition to being a great plumber, Steve is just great to deal with- he is professional, friendly, and clean. Lots of other plumbers leave a mess when they leave- not Steve- he makes sure everything is clean and looks like it did before he arrived. Steve has installed and moved our RO filter twice and both times he has done a great job.

The service was great and he was really good. I was very pleased and he was very professional. He did not overcharge us and he was really good. He explained a lot of things. I thought his price was very reasonable, especially that he only charged us $25 to come out while everybody else is charging $80-$90 fees. He did a good job and was very responsive by text and by phone. I think he was punctual and he agreed to be here at the time that we agreed he was here.

I was told that most people unknowingly leave their hot water recirculation systems on constantly, at least during the day as was my case. I had a timer, but only had the system off for about 8 hours at night. That meant that water was constantly recirculating for about 16 hours a day and wearing the plumbing form the inside out. Plumbing is only designed to have flow for the occasions when you typically turn your water on and off again when not in use. Steve advised that I should have a more precise timer arrangement or a remote control timer (recommended by a friend and associate of his, John Hawkins). I opted for the remote control ($20) and have been very happy with the arrangement. I keep the remote in my kitchen and turn the recirculation on maybe twice a day or so, in the morning when I get up and in the evening for washing dishes or a shower. I expect I'm saving energy as well as wear and tear on the system. Steve is also a boiler specialist, so I had him service my radiant heat system while he was here. He completed his work efficiently and I think his pricing is very reasonable. I have already hired him again for a separate project.

Steve was great. We had hired him to replace a leaky kitchen faucet, stop our toilet from running continuously (and wasting water), and also to fix some related grout issues in our rental property. While talking with him, we found out that he has a lot of experience with water treatment systems. We hired him to come back and he recommended a system where we could use generic carbon filter replacements every six months rather than the overpriced name brands. He was very professional, courteous, helpful, and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again! We are hiring him to build a hydroponic garden so that we can grow lettuce and other greens outside this summer and inside in the winter!

At our home in Santa Fe, we have recently had chronic problems with the steam heating system. Having received expensive bids (and some and quot;hard sellingand quot;) from other plumbers/electricians, we have been very pleased with Steve's sensitivity to our budgetary concerns and his willingness to look seriously into alternative approaches to addressing the issue. He is extremely patient, and he listens to his customers. Though we have not settled yet on a permanent solution to our immediate boiler problem, we know that we can count on Steve to provide the extra maintenance necessary to keep our system running through another winter, should that be the course of action we decide on. He clearly knows his business and is scrupulously open and honest. We also asked him to assist us in installing some window air conditioners, a project that (because of idiosyncrasies in our 80+-year-old home) proved unexpectedly time-consuming. Steve devoted hours to helping us and charged us very reasonably. He obviously believes in building relationships with his customers. He is now our and quot;go-toand quot; guy for all our routine needs, as well as for the larger problems that inevitably arise in home maintenance. We recommend him enthusiastically.
