All Star Flooring

This company is a disaster! The worst I have ever dealt with! My bathroom has been destroyed by these people and I now have thousands of dollars in repairs to fix the mess! They did not do anything correct and caused a leak under my tile that has now destroyed my computer room flooring. This is going to cost me thousands of dollars to fix. JAVIER will not stand behind his work and fix it. They never showed back up after telling me they would come fix it several times. They were supposed to make my bathroom handy capped accessible for my mom but left before doing any work such as rails and a seat where for my mom. NONE OF THIS WAS DONE! THEY LEFT TRIM FOR DOORS OFF AND DID NOT REPLACE THEM. THEY FIXED A PART OF THE CEILING AND IT LOOKED LIKE A TWO YEAR OLD DID THE WORK. I HAD TO REDO THE CEILING AS WELL AS THE TRIM. THEN, WHEN I CONTACTED THEIR INSURANCE TO TRY AND BE COMPENSATED FOR THE HORRIBLE JOB AND TO FIX THE ROTING FLOOR THAT THEY CAUSED, THEY LIED AND SAID I HIRED SOMEONE TO DO THE SHOWER PAN THAT LEAKED AND CAUSED ALL THE DAMAGE. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND CANNOT BE TRUSTED, THEY DO THE WORST QUALITY WORK POSSIBLE AND DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK AND FIX ANY ISSUES THAT THEY ARE RESONSIBLE FOR. I WOULD NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE IF THEY WERE THE LAST COMPANY THAT EXISTED ON THE PLANET!!!! I NOW AM HIRING A LAWYER AND GOING AFTER THESE PEOPLE, I DO NOT CARE HOW MUCH IT WILL COST. I WILL ENSURE THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE TO ME AND MY POOR MOM THAT NEEDED A HANDY CAPPED BATHROOM. I PROMISE I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL JUSTICE IS SERVED TO THIS DISPICABLE COMPANY!!!!!!

Javier and his crew did a great job. Very happy with final product. They refinished some Oak Floors that had a few bad spots on them. Worked with me to replace the wood. Crews were fast, neat, and reliable. would recommend to other family and friends. Will use them again in the future.

Great guys, enjoyable to have in your home. They are family and friends and they care about their customers like friends. They are totally reliable and will go the extra mile to make you happy without charge. Most floor refinishers will not move your furniture and you'll have to pay movers. The All Star guys will do it and do it very professionally. Nothing damaged, not a scratch! They use the highest, top-rated quality of materials, and with no toxicity. Since they are bilingual make sure everything that they promise to do is in writing and clear to both parties. However you can be sure that if their is any misunderstanding they will make good on it with total generosity!
