Techs were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and willing to answer any question. I have no tech knowledge and Jose was patient with my questions. Great experience.

He was too expensive

A hose bib was leaking. Since it is 30 years old, we hired N&J to replace it. The tech arrived, I showed him the leak, and he said it looked like it might be repairable. He got a wrench from the truck, tightened a nut, and it stopped leaking! It took less than five minutes, so I asked him what I owed them. The answer was: no charge, but keep N&J in mind the next time we need plumbing work. I most certainly will!!!!!! I've added them to my HomeAdvisor favorites!
