ZNJ called me in response to my Angie s List request for a quote about 1/2 hour later. This was about 3:30 pm. I was told the Dominic would be at my house the next day at 9:00 am. Excellent responsiveness! Dominic fixes my electrical issue quickly and the price was very reasonable. He was polite and personable. Bottom line: ZNJ is now my go-to the electrical company.

I needed my master bedroom ceiling fan replaced since the fan motor burned out. ZNJ sent two technicians out promptly and they were able to remove the old ceiling fan and light kit quickly and got the new fan and light kit I had purchased installed. The fan I purchased had a couple of â quirksâ in the mounting, but the ZNJ techs were able to solve the problem quickly and the new fan and lights look lovely and are working perfectly. The techs were very courteous, did an excellent job, cleaned up the work area, took the old fan and light kit with them, and removed the box and packing for the new fan which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be calling ZNJ in the future when the need arises. Well done!

Awesome fast customer friendly

We needed immediate help with our home computer network but doubted we could obtain speedy service. ZNJ answered our phone message within a couple of hours and sent two competent and pleasant techs to our home the same day. They fixed our problem quickly and at a good price. What more could anyone ask?

The service was quick, friendly and complete. They moved an electrical box that was in the wrong place for my new oven and installed a GFI plug receptacle outside the house in an hour and a half. They kept in touch about when they would arrive and came when they said they would. They were careful to do an excellent job and cleaned up afterward.
