Outstanding work, when promised, and on time. Finished the entire job replacing our furnace and refrigerated air conditioning unit in one day, on the hottest day of the summer thus far. Jeff, Raul, Shawn, and Ian were fantastic and very respectful of our property. We selected Sun City after reading many reviews of local HVAC companies. By far, they have the best reviews and we can see why. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat for HVAC and plumbing needs. They may be a little more expensive than other local companies, but well worth the cost for high quality and guaranteed work.

Very well. Professional and straight to the point. Provided explanations as to what needed to be done and why. Displayed the old and new circuit breaker. Tested the HVAC prior to installation of new circuit breaker and after the new one was inserted.

When I called the office the person that helped me was polite and asked all the right questions. He gave me an arrival time of 4-5pm. When the plumber arrived was EARLY! He worked really fast and was courteous.

LD & Luis did a careful inspection of our air conditioning units and found the fan blades on an exterior unit to be unbalanced. They ordered the part then changed it out so the unit now functions without stress on the motor, probably saving us a motor replacement in the future. Gratitudes LD & Luis!!!

I wanted to amend the last review with an update that the owner of Sun City did contact me and they are fixing the work that was done. The guy that had actually come to my house had actually been fired within the week that the work was done. At this point I feel like it was a fluke that I got stuck with a guy who didn't live up to their goals and ambitions. And I really appreciate the professionalism that the owner showed me today.

This is the second repair that Isaac has made for us in the past month. (Replaced water softener 4 weeks ago; review on company website.) I appreciated his clear explanations and knowledgeable service. Over the past 2 years, Sun City has replaced literally all heating and plumbing in our 20 year old home. In all cases, we were extremely satisfied with the quality of work done. They may be a little pricier than others, but we would not choose to use another company.

Very well, all work accomplished except placing shower pan due to uneven slab (original construction, not Sun City's work). Jason and Estevan from Sun City were both professional and courteous. Will hire again. My downgrading of price is due to all plumbers making more money than I do (in Aerospace)!

This went very well. The technician kept me posted as to when he would arrive. The problem was diagnosed and resolved in a reasonable amount of time. The technician, Fernando, was extremely polite and professional. He explained what caused the problem with my heat pump and let me know how I can help prevent it from re-occurring. Overall, it was a very good experience.

It went very well. The work was done by Nick and Juan and they were both very professional and personable. Even though this job was complicated by my need for a mix of 'hard' and 'soft' water sources, they completed the work very quickly. They left no mess whatsoever for me to clean up and even took the time to answer all of my questions about the new system. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them to others.

Very very happy with the work. Isaac troubleshot the whole thing and gave me a couple options for how to remedy a bad drain situation from my washing machine that had been done 10 years earlier. And some other very out of date and not up to code issues. He did more than he had initially thought was going to be needed but kept me informed the whole time. He worked fast and knowledgeably. I was especially happy that they only kept the second helper on the clock as he was needed, and they were prepared for the entirety of the job before that showed up at my house in the morning.The job took just about one full day to complete. I will definitely be hiring them again.

First part of job (re garbage disposal) was time-consuming and required the tech to go out for a couple of parts, but we were happy with the results. Cartridge replacement for bathroom faucet would have been a diy, but the considerable hand strength required was too much for us. Hourly rate is not the lowest of the A rated providers, but response time was great. In spite of my saying the situation was not an emergency, a service call was scheduled for the same day I contacted Sun City.

Several years ago, Sun City installed our instant hot water heater and they just replaced our 17 year old HVAC unit with a new split system. In both cases, we found them to be knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient. In this last installation, the gentlemen realized 1/3 way through the project that the flooring beneath the furnace could be improved. They took the extra time needed to get the necessary metal sheeting and installed it while still finishing the job that day (though they had to stay late to accomplish this.). I don't think that they are the least expensive contractors around, but I will continue to use them for all future projects and repairs.

Work was completed quickly and professionally. In addition, they provided advice for quieting the noisy fan inside, as well as providing recommendations for a future replacement A/C unit.

The whole process took several weeks due to waiting for the city and inspectors plus various staff to complete their parts of the whole job.

Gas leaks were resolved. Slow drain issue was improved but was not fully resolved; however, the price was discounted accordingly and we were referred to another service provider that had the necessary equipment to complete the job. Everything was explained to us in detail. We have been satisfied customers of Sun City for several years for their HVAC service. This is the first time that we have used their plumbing service, and were pleased to find that it is also very good.

Our air conditioner quit Friday night and I called Sun City Plumbing & Heating the next day. Jose arrived at the end of working a 10 hour 98 degree day. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very proficient. He quickly found the problem and offered multiple solutions, patiently explaining them in detail. After I made a decision, Jose completed the work and then checked the running system. He even found and corrected a "fix" that I had incorrectly done the week before. I recommend Sun City 100% and they will be the first business I call in the future.

Tech was on time professional, knowledgeable, and eager. He allowed me to watch and while he worked he talked about what he was doing and why. He explained the tools he used, the different components that were checked, and explained their function in detail. It was a overall great experience. The price however was a little too much. In the end, I feel great about my service.
