Excellent experience from start to finish. Scope of work included removal/disposal o swamp cooler, furnace and water heater. Install new air conditioning system, heating system and hot water heater. Received a fair and acceptable estimate. All work was completed in 1 day. New system has been functioning for 2 weeks. Excellent experience from start to finish.

Brittni was awesome, I had a scheduled service for my evaporative cooler in June and she got me one for May 22. James was efficient and professional. Wagner installed both my evaporative cooler and furnace and do the maintenance every year!

Too expensive to clean coils with degrease. Sprayed soap type of degrease 5 minutes if that then rinse with water. Bam. 400.00 dollars. Tech a little bit arrogant . I'm not naive about this unit. Don't treat customers like we are not knowledgeable about things.

Jesus and the plumber who worked on my furnace and water heater were thorough and helped me understand what they were doing. And gave me tips on how to keep my equipment running smoothly. I really appreciated the integrity their company has.

Iâ ve used Wagner for about 9 years since they installed a new furnace and refrigerated air unit in my home. Iâ ve always found their service techs knowledgable and professional.

We were not scheduled until 5/18, but we received a call on the 15th there was an opening that afternoon. Michael Borrego was fast, efficient and professional. We were told by another company we needed a new motor, which was not the case. Thank you for your honesty.

Levi was very friendly knowledgeable. He heard my concern when I asked why the combination toaster, coffee maker & microwave shut off while all were on. Hubby did not think it was an issue. However, Levi patiently explained to both of us why. He & his assistant fixed the problem. Awesome job!!!
