Wagner provided a very competent team of experienced HVAC and Electrical Journeymen and Apprentice. They diagnosed and solved an unexpected wiring problem and solved it quickly due to their experience and skills. Ask for Dennis for HVAC and Levi for any electrical needs.

I just wanted to give some positive feedback about Wagner Mechanical and the technician that just came out today, Friday, 12/28/2018. Despite terrible weather conditions, the technician was friendly, professional, and helpful, and did a great job getting our heating system back up and running. So, thank you to Wagner, and especially to the technician for coming out today under the brutal weather conditions!

Great water heater.

I gave customer service a 3 because we had some trouble getting call backs when we had questions or concerns. The work was done beautifully, the technicians that installed units were very professional and trustworthy. But for some reason, there is a disconnect when it comes to returning phone calls.

The tech that came to my house was excellent!

Alex was very professional and explained the problem so I understood the situation. He also provided several solutions to resolve the problem.

The tech did a good job of determining the problem but he walked out without giving me a receipt. I've called, left messages and sent e-mails to obtain the receipt and still have not received a response.

Tech, Reuben O. Was great. Wagner needs to do tighter scheduling. I took a whole day off work and tech dindn't arrive until 4:30 pm.

This company is great! Nice to know there is still a company that cares about customers! They stuck to their appointment and time. Tech who did the work was a real pro and great communications. He explained everything in English and he did a fantastic job! The office people are amazing! Called me each day with updates and to ensure me that they care and would have service to my home. I can't thank them enough. A real breath of fresh air in a time where many companies and workers care less about the customer! Thank you so much!!!

The Wagner Mechanical professional was just that. He was right on time and did a thorough inspection of our heating and air conditioning systems. We were extremely pleased with the service and will continue to use Wagner in the future. Great experience!
