The entire experience has been wonderful. I talked with a knowledgeable salesman and the financing was seamless. Technical crew arrived on time, did a very professional job and left the jobsite clean. Would definitely recommend.

My experience with Wagner was is the worst I have ever had in my entire life. I paid an astronomical amount for a diagnosis that left me with more questions than ever before. I did NOT receive a diagnosis at all. The technician was rude, left me crying (9 months pregnant) and tried to took my money. Instead of a diagnosis, I was told that I d have to pay $1000 to have it cleaned before he would be able to tell me what was wrong with it. So he suggested I probably just replace the whole furnace instead. This is extreme theft and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. A dozen of my family members are long time loyal Wagner customer. We will ALL be moving our business to Thompson for all future maintenance and repairs. Wagner will charge you for a diagnosis just to be told they can t diagnose without you paying $1,000 more. Another company is very knowledgeable technician came out, replaced a small part for $120 and my issue was fixed. BUYER BEWARE!

Repaired furnace, but did not try to figure out what was wrong with it before starting work. Just looked at it and recommended we replace parts (again, without any diagnostics). Gave us options to replace lots of parts, replace lots more parts, or replace furnace. After performing work, furnace shut down and nobody was available to respond - evening answering service only. In addition, there was a breakdown in communications with answering service so nobody called us the next day after a cold night. Lots of problems with this company. On the plus side, our furnace IS working much better than it has in several years.

Sean did a complete boiler replacement including re-piping. His work was meticulous, thorough, and of high quality. The job was completed in less than a day and a half. I appreciate Wagner's practice of notifying the homeowner that their technician is on the way (complete with a photo of the person).

I had a positive experience with professional people who knew how to fix a long-standing issue with the 20-year-old boiler/ thermal heat system that another company just fiddled with but could not fix. Sean and Gavin from Wagner fixed the problem. It was a major overhaul of the boiler system and replacement of parts, which was costly, but these guys knew what they were doing. Everything works fine now.

Raymond Loretto was the technician Wagner promptly sent to do this repair work. Raymond was quick in identifying the fault and finding the repair parts needed for the work. He was courteous, efficient and overcame unforeseen obstacles to complete the work in a timely manner. We could not have been more pleased with the service performed by the Wagner team. I have used Wagner before for major updating of my residential HVAC system and always been impressed by their attention to detail and desire to please their customers.

Technicians were polite and respectful of the property. They left the area clean as well. Before leaving I was given important information on my new furnace.

Service, courtesty, work always excellent. I'll hire Wagner again. For various projects this fall I've had three Wagner reps work in my home, all were excellent as was the office staff.

Technician Ben Peterson did a quality job diagnosing the problem and getting it fixed properly. Ben is a very good communicator and left me with helpful information. I have used Wagner for over 10 years, to purchase a new HVAC system and for follow-up service. The entire staff does excellent work. I have always been confident that if I have an issue they will be here promptly to fix it and do a quality job.

We received five-star service from Mr. Steve Jaramillo for a service call to correct a water leak (drip) beneath our kitchen sink. Steve found the problem and repaired the leak caused by a small split in the outlet line from the disposal unit. He replaced the faulty pipe section, tried the kitchen sink again and found an additional leakage coming from the actual sink drain fitting. He replaced the drain-stopper assembly with a new unit and the problem was solved. No more drips under the kitchen sink. Many thanks to Wagner Mechanical and their excellent plumbing technician Mr. Steve Jaramillo. A Five-Star service call!

Victor Valles called to confirm arrival, was on time, is very knowledgeable and skilled in the work performed. He was neat, polite, personable, and answered all of my questions as he worked. He got the job done quickly, and made sure my furnace was safe, efficient, and ready for winter. I was very happy with the total cost of the job, and it beat other quotes. Wagner is always prompt and professional. My A/C system was installed by Wagner 6 yrs. ago. It is a mini-split system with a condenser outside and 6 â headsâ in various rooms in the house. Dennis, the technician, was prompt, courteous, and professional. I am so glad I chose them for the original installation and for ongoing maintenance.

Ruben is a very good technician. He is friendly and explains what he is doing and what may have caused the problem and how system works. Wagner does not provide 24/7 coverage. Day service Monday thru Saturday available. Otherwise answering service leaves message for next day.

Alex was very professional, worked quickly, cleaned up the area and was very helpful. Made a stressful situation much easier.
