From a previous visit, I was very impressed with the professionalism and experience of the technician, so I called them back. Jesus Telles, was my technician. Jesus s confidence and professionalism, from start to finish was awesome. I felt very comfortable with his service and he led me to believe that I made the right choice in calling Wagner. Not only that but I also appreciate the communication. I got text message reminders and a courtesy call, letting me know that my technician was on his way. Also the picture of the technician to let me know who was coming. That showed me that they are looking out for your safety. They value there customers. Thanks Wagner! Last night I slept well! Randy was great & kept me informed of what he was doin & what we needed to insure swamp cooler worked properly.

I was kept informed of the time the tech would be arriving. Once Joe the tech arrived he was very professional,friendly and answered my questions along with explaining what was going on with my furnace. I would 100% recommend this company!! I found a company I feel I can trust and is honest with me.

Wagner's customer service is one of the best I have ever dealt with. Communications via phone, email, and text were all professional, clear, and helpful. It is helpful to receive a text with the technician's photo once the person is on their way. Health and safety were paramount for their employees as we as me, their customer. I didn't price around so I am not sure on the value for money.

Thank you Wagner Mechanical for coming to our home and installing new swamp coolers. Your crew was here promptly at our scheduled time, extremely courteous, professional and knew every answer to our many questions throughout the process. The project manager who was here for the entire day kept us informed and stayed till the very end. He had a great attitude and treated our home with respect as if it were his own. Everyone who was on the worksite showed up with proper Corona Virus protective gear. We own our own business and this is exactly how we would want to treat our customers and handle our operations. Our swamp coolers are twice as efficient now and the cooling system is working fantastically. We give you a perfect score!!

Alex came out to take out our old water heater and install a new one, all on the same day. Alex was extremely patient and professional, explaining our options to us without trying to push the most expensive option. He worked through the afternoon and even stayed quite late to finish up so that we'd have hot water that evening.

The technician did bi yearly maintenance check o our AC and Heating units. We needed more work done on them to keep them running smoothly. We got a good quote for work to be done ASAP. Thank you Wagner for always giving us the best service!

Needed to have our purified water system checked as our water quality isnâ  t what it used to be and we havenâ  t heard the water tank refill and empty like it used to. Our technician said we needed a manual but we didnâ  t have one. We checked on line and will have Krystal Klear make a house all to test our water quality.

Fast, professional, and excellent service

I had 2 packaged units replaced on my roof. Curtis S was the lead person on the job and they were able to coordinate the removal and install of 2 units. I went up on the roof to check the work when they were complete and again the Wagner team did a great job. The crane showed up on time, the electrical team did a really clean install. The entire project went off without any issues and the new units work really well

I had my Water softener, Hot water heater, and radiant heat boiler replaced by Wagner. Gavin was the lead on the project and did a phenomenal job. Project stayed on schedule and budget and the quality of the workmanship was second to none. He was incredibly thorough and meticulous with all the work that was completed. I highly recommend him for projects of this nature

The two Wagner Elec. reps were top providers with excellent presentation and knowledge. I would recomend them to any one who needs their service.

My engineer was especially thoughtful considering my level of ignorance. The work was done quickly and skillfully. I LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH Gavin and the company.

Our 2 units were 3 yrs old, & wanted to know if they were operating as they should be. In less than 2 hours Lucas was on his way to our home. Lucas was right on time, explaining exactly what he would be doing, including pictures of components, and if components were within specifications--all in a very professional manner, providing "feedback" of what he was finding, as well as "documenting" his findings, which including photos. Lucas checked several "inside" duct filters, telling us they were good for at least another 6 months. He also suggested an "annual maintenance" plan, which we agreed was a good plan for the future of our two units. Lucas was very "knowledgeable" of the overall systems, and great at answering questions--and not in a hurry--but through. He knows his job, and enjoys what he is doing. I have nothing but "kudos" for the young man, who is a "people person."

Old water heater busted on a Saturday- water everywhere-response call was minutes and Alex arrived promptly - work was done professionally and to estimate-very happy with work done

In begging this was cover with the warranty. So this repair service was fine, the technician was good, explained everything, showed up very quickly, no problem with them. My issue is the lack of professional service for the cost that I have received over my years of using Wagner. The issue that was looked at this time was that my condensation hose had wear which was causing it to leak back into my house. We have Wagner do our switchover service twice a year for 9 years, and they never looked or saw this issue before it got so bad to cause a bigger issue. Also, this year they replaced the condensation pump (apparently not covered under the furnace warranty that they installed after we bought the house) and failed to even look at the hose. I would think that would be part of the service since the hose is connected to the pump. If they had done that we could have had it replaced them (which would have at least saved us a service free and some potential water damage). They have also serviced our swamp cooler since we bought the house and failed to mention any issues until only 6 years into our coolers life cycle they said it had to be replaced due to corrosion (which again if they are doing all the work on it, they could have maintenance better and extended the life of the equipment). If I hired some guy with a ladder to come and do my switch over for probably 25% the cost I feel I would get the same quality of service that Wagner has provided me. They say that the cheaper guys do not offer the same quality of service but I do not see why I should pay more for this level of service when they do not take the time to provide anything beyond the basic repair. I mean when I get my oil changed they at least look at the engine to see if there are any potential issues that could be addressed (like worn belts or hoses, or fluid levels). Paying for the club membership give us no advantage at all as far as service or quality of service. This will be the last time I use Wagner for any of my house work.

Lucas Jimenez was the service representative who checked my furnace and made some minor repairs. He informed me of each task he performed, was completely professional and courteous. I would request Lucas any time I needed any service from Wagner Mechanicals.
