Each and every person we dealt with from Wagner Mechanical from the sales representative on through the install and final inspections was extremely professional, courteous, and considerate in what was needed to get the job done. They answered our questions, gave detailed explanations of their work and needs, and walked us through the entire process in detail. All the installers, electricians, and crew were top notch. After the install we had an issue due to the duct configuration on our roof (not part of their install) and Scott, the GM, even came out with one of us install experts to inspect and see what could be done to fix the situation. We are having some adjustments made and I expect the final results to be as good as the previous work. I would highly recommend Wagner to anyone needing such type of services or equipment installations.

Jesus Anchando is the ultimate professional. We have had the pleasure of working with him in the past and will ask for him from now on when we schedule with Wagner. Very knowledgeable and efficient and a great sense of humor. Only negative thing is that we had the same work done in January of 2019 and the price had increased by $145 which we felt was excessive. But they arrive on time, do great work and we're always able to get an appointment with them quickly.

Excellent job but expensive by plumber Alex L. Prompt, curteous and explored options with me. Replaced shut off valves, installed an excellent kitchen faucet and redid supporting tubing.

High Stage switch on A/C malfunctioned on a Saturday and weather forecast was for 100+. Called Wagner at 0830 and was told a technician would be available mid afternoon. Technician Joe Montoya arrived on time after a 45 minute "heads-up" that he was on the way. Quickly diagnosed the problem and the A/C was up and running in an hour. Joe gave a thorough explanation of the problem and what he did to remedy. Thanks for a quick response on a HOT Saturday in July.

Our technician did a great job. He kept me informed of the project and any changes. He was efficient and well spoken.

Wagner Mechanical has very good customer service; they reached out to me promptly, they sent me reminders, they kept me updated on the arrival of the technician, and they sent a very skilled technician. The Technician, Sean, was a breath of fresh air, he knew what he was doing, did it well, and did it quickly. I had a complicated repair that required re-piping of a manifold that fed pipes in the kitchen and bathroom. It had been leaking very slowly for years and had layers of scale built up on in (like a stalagmite growing in a cave lol). Anyway, Sean was able to cut it out, and re-pipe the whole thing. I absolutely appreciate his work, the plumbing joints looked perfect, like something that would come from a factory or something. Thank you Sean for doing such a great job. Regarding the price, it was indeed in alignment with industry standards here in Albuquerque, I just have a hard time paying for stuff I could do myself (but admittedly I can't solder joints anywhere near as good as Sean did). I hired this job out because these pipes are going to be behind kitchen cabinets and virtually inaccessible should they start leaking again. If I had done the work myself, my confidence would have been kinda iffy as to how long it would last. With the work that Sean did, I will be able to put the cabinets in with complete confidence that they will not leak; thank you Wagner, and thank you Sean.

Sean (service tech ) was great he got out to the house in the same day he fixed the problem quickly and correctly ( the temp was 99 degrees ) so having this done in a day was perfect. great job guys thank you

I have used Wagner Mechanical for years to service our furnace and air conditioner, also to repair plumbing. They are alway prompt, friendly, courteous and informative. We recently had a toilet that was constantly running. Wagner were able to send a plumber that morning to repair. Alex explained what he found and had two options for the repair. The repair was done quickly and efficiently, but the price was a little steep.

I have used Wagner Mechanical in recent years for new furnace and air conditioning, installation of minisplits, plumbing repair and update of decades old fixtures and piping. It doesn't matter what the work is the professional 'get the job done right' is appreciated. And, on two occasion in past years I have had seemingly problems without solutions -- they came and spent necessary time until the problems were solved and always treat me fairly regarding cost. Such nice guys to have in my home.

We have used Wagner Mechanical before and always pleased with their services. We transitioned from a swamp cooler to air conditioning and a new furnace. Our sales rep Jim was very professional and the installers did a great job.

This provider had a minimum fee of approx $70. The job was very simple - hook up a gas stove to an existing line. There was no add'l fee, and this provider did NOT try to upsell me!

Denise in the office was great, very personable and helpful. Steve the technician was also excellent, he performed the descaling service quickly and left the area as clean, if not cleaner, than when he started. Added points for performing the service a day early, which NEVER happens. Now we're in a wait and see situation as it will take time to determine if descaling the system will help with out hot water "situation". I would use for any future plumbing related issues and recommend Wagner to my friends and family. BTW: Descaling the tankless hot water heating system was not listed as "specific project".

This isn t the first time we ve worked with Wagner, and they are always very responsive and helpful. They installed our new furnace/air conditioning unit two years ago, and we are very pleased with everything.

On time. Did the job. If I need more work done I would give them a call. Repairman was efficient and got the job done in a reasonable time. Unclogged sink a few months ago and that was very good too.
