Techs were polite and professional

Had an AC and Furnace replaced. early on I asked one technician where his mask was. After that everyone had a mask. Technicians and workers were eager to explain various parts of the system and how they were accessed and worked. staff were cordial and helpful.

I have a house from the early 70s. Yes it still has all the 70â s aluminum wiring and furnace. The guys know what they are doing. Doing my homework on this old house, we both came to the same conclusion on what needs work and what was ok. They followed all PPE rules for today age. In the last two days they have installed the central air. Next is a satellite air system for the upstairs area and a panel upgrade too. I want to thank Levi Imboden and his team for the hard work and Andrew Castillo and his team.

On September 12, 2020, I discovered water all over the floor of my garage from the water softener. I called Wagner and within two hours, the technician was at my house. Steven Jaramillo, installed new bypass valves for the water softener. This procedure isolated the water lines from the water softener. He also did some additional work on the water lines. Steven is a professional experienced technician. I especially appreciated Wagner's ability to provide this type of service on such short notice.

We feel like we have been part of the Wagner family for over ten years, and have NEVER been disappointed by their expertise, workmanship, courtesy, and professionalism in every aspect of the services they provide. Plumbing, hot water heater, replacement of our HVAC system, electrical work. Not the cheapest or the most expensive company in town, but you get what you pay for from genuinely nice people, from the scheduling, customer service, who make sure we know everything about the timing and arrival, followup, and the army of trained, qualified technical staff that makes sure of our satisfaction before leaving. Five star service all the way!

Install techs Martin Dimas and Isaac Carbajal were excellent representatives for Wagner Plumbing. They were efficient, courteous and friendly, but above all, professional. If I were to explain their work ethic in one word it would be "methodical." They went about installing an HVAC system in a strategic manner; making sure everything was done properly and then tested the system for effect. I could go on but suffice it to say that I am truly a satisfied customer. Martin and Isaac should be considered for a company service award or some other recognition.

So expensive to snake a drain plus a fee for coming out. I have spent bsi much money with this company and the club price is not saving me that much!

Robert Tafoya was very knowledgeable and professional about my plumbing problem. He had a great attitude and represented his company perfectly. Wagner Mechanical is a great company, kept me informed when the technician would arrive, sent a photo of who my technician would be and he called when he was on the way. I will always use them for any heating, air conditioning or plumbing problems!

Service provided: Replacement of water heater. Wagner Mechanical was professional, fast to respond, and communicated well. The technician, James Crespin, did an excellent job of installing the water heater. He was honest in his diagnosis and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. What I appreciate most about James is he answered all my questions (without judgment) and gave me more insight into my home. James's knowledge is GOLD to a first-time homeowner like me.
