The work crew was very personable, hard working, and did a great job installing our new heating and air conditioning system. There were a couple of hiccups with the initial installation but these were taken care of. The new system works great!

I was absolutely pleased with the entire handling of this project, from initial contact to final completion. The entire team was very personable and completely professional.

The technician, Dennis, who can to repair the hot water system was very diligent, steadfast, and thorough. He identified other issues with the original install that was not according to code. Dennis persisted to make sure the job was done right and complete. I really appreciate his dedication.

The whole experience was great. From the scheduling to the actual work. Our technician was not only skilled but very personable. We will be requesting him by name for our next appointment.

The experience I had with Wagner here in Albuquerque is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I spoke to Antonio today who lied to my face via the telephone. He said i would need to replace my unit even though its only 3 years old because they had to come out again for the 4th time. This isn't true. They have been out to my house 3 times now and I was trying to get them to come and fix the problem. He assured me there is no way to install a belt and have it break within the time i called which has been under 60 days. Wagner installed a pump that broke within around 45 days and they came back to fix it. I also told the first technician to replace the belt which they didn't until it broke on round 3. I will be reporting to the BBB about the lack of customer service and the lies that your representative has told me. The amount you charge ad the service you provide is appalling. Thank you all for nothing but headaches and would never recommend you to any one I know.

The Wagner tech â  Victorâ  was excellent. Diagnosed my problem in the first visit then ordered the new parts and scheduled their installation around my schedule. Not cheap but worth it

Alex was perfect in his knowledge, appearance and skill in completing the project. Servers time during the installation I checked on how things were progressing and always was shown and explained to as exactly what had been completed. While not the cheapest it was certainly the best work and well worth the cost. Highly recommend this company without any reservations.

Had 25 year old furnace replaced. The communication, follow-up and service quality was excellent. I ask a lot of questions and the service team was not shy about answering them.

Wagner Mechanical has always gone above and beyond the scope of work needed to make any needed repairs or service. They have helped me determine exact causes of leaks. They took pictures and explained why. They are always on time, and wear protective gear. They are the best.

The unit was installed Summer 2020 and winterized Oct 2020. Both experiences were during the COVID-19 pandemic. Wagner team were respectful of my time and careful to maintain all social distancing/mask recommended by Health Professionals and Scientific experts. The work was completed well with all areas left clean.

I called Wagner Mechanical to do a seasonal exchange, i.e., turning off my swamp cooler for the winter and reconnecting my furnace. Excellent service from beginning to end -- from the office personnel to getting the job done. Jesus Anchondo, Wagner's technician, was prompt, professional and accommodating. He came during a snowy cold front to "turn off" my swamp cooler and "turn on" my furnace. He encountered a problem, called his office for direction, fixed the problem and reset a "tricky" furnace timer. I appreciate how he explained everything along the way. Very pleasant experience from beginning to end.

Everyone I spoke to from making the appointment, confirming the appointment and the technician who did the work, were polite and answered each question I had. Very friendly. Bob, the technician, was thorough and punctual. I'll use Wagner again.

Switching over from summer Master Cool to winter furnace, I called Wagner Mechanical to do the work. My sister uses them every year. My 22 year old furnace needed to be rebuilt. No sales job, just walking me through the different options, and I chose to buy a new "York" furnace that may last another couple decades. The technicians worked well together and did an excellent job. It's always a pleasure to work with professionals. Highly recommended.

The office customer service representative scheduled my appointment right away, so I was able to have heat at my house before the cold weather arrived. Mr. Vargas the technician who did the work was very professional and knowledgeable.

No repairs...Simple seasonal shut down swamp cooler and check out and start the boiler. Took maybe 25 minutes and very professional service. Much better than my old guys who were unprofessional rip off artists by comparison.
