Very nice and professional. Easy to schedule, was kept on touch about time Robert would arrive. Robert cleaned swamp cooler (previous company had been starting it up and shutting it down , with no maintenance.) got new pads and belt and set up for season . So happy I finally found a company that takes pride in their work. I will only hire Wagner's from now on.

Jesus was on time. He diagnosed the no cooling issue and was able to provide me with the best and worst case scenarios. Also, provided the costs associated with each scenario. He upgraded the a/c system and it works like it was new. Iâ m very happy with the results! Also, the office staff was very friendly and kept me informed about my upcoming appointment and notified me when Jesus was on his way!

Office staff I talked to on the phone were also very professional and courteous. They got a tech out within a half an hour to replace our leaking water heater. I would definitely recommend.

Prompt, texted when technician was on his way with a picture of him, making his visit very secure. Moeshe, the technician, was very thorough and explained everything he did, all readings and what needed to be replaced. Air conditioning unit needed to be replaced and luckily he had one in service vehicle. Couldnâ t be happier with Wagner and staff.

My tankless hot water heater was not working. Within 20 minutes the tech found the problem and told me how it would be fixed. The issue was really due to the Colligan water softener tank. I contacted them.

I called to have the 15 year old wall heater serviced and found that it is not in fixable condition. Probably saved me from serious safety issues. Thanks for the advice and recommendations.

Sales and service from the beginning repair call, estimate, and complete replacement of our temperamental furnace and a/c system was a friendly, professional, and very educational experience by all the Wagner employees. Mo, Jimmy, Nick, Erick, Jesus and the other crew members worked diligently, explaining what they needed to do, and answered any questions we had. They cleaned up when they were finished and Nick explained the correct use and expectations of our new system. Our first night with the new system was warm and much quieter without the thump and whir of the old system. Best part of all? Not waking up to a cold house and having to reboot (unplug and plug in) the old furnace in the middle of the night to get it started. We will look forward to the more efficient air conditioning system this summer. Thank you all!

Extremely efficient company. I called and left a message last last night and by 9:30 this morning a repair man was at my door. My wall gas heater was making huge popping sounds and turning itself off. The repair man Dennis Elliott explained the issues, got the heater running again and provided important insight into my 21 year old heater. After he left, I went to Home Depot and Bought a CO monitor for the house. He told me the levels were low in my house, but that I should still monitor the fumes. I appreciate his knowledge, experience, advice and options that were offered. I now know who to call when it is time to replace my heater. Thank you so much for your quality service.AlgeneH

I was impressed with Alex's expertise and his communication skills in describing the pumping problem and what needed to be done.. From beginning to end of the project, he kept me informed about his progress and at the end showed what he had done. Besides this, we developed a positive rapport which helped to trust him and the quality of his work, which, for me, is essential with such an expensive project. I would definitely recommend Alex for any plumbing problem in the future.

We had issues with an error code from our furnace (over heating) so we turned off the furnace and called Wagner. They set a technician with in the hour. Joe was diligent, checking various areas inside the house and the furnace. He did not find any issues, but did see the error code, but couldnâ t replicate it. He did had a couple of recommendations: Major cleaning of the furnace, replacement of the the variable speed motor to extend the life of the furnace. He explained everything, and all the questions we had. We have been very satisfied with Wagner, and will seek a quote on replacing the furnace.

The guys did a good job Martin was very good at showing us how to program the system. He made sure we had all the paperwork before he left and everything was clean and picked up. We have a warm house now. Thank you.

Efrain did an excellent job, even with his mask. He left my home clean and tidy, and wore his shoe protectors while doing the work. I greatly appreciated his care and concern. Wagner made my water leak a priority. The repair was done in an efficient manner.

JOE MONTANO CAME TO MY HOME TO FLUSH THE TANK-LESS WATER HEATER AND WHILE HE FOUND A PROBLEM WITH THE EXPANSION TANK. HE WAS VERY THROUGH IN HIS SERVICE AND INSPECTION. JOE COMPLETED THE JOB AS PROMISED AND WAS VERY EFFICIENT IN COMPLETING THE REPAIR. GREAT JOB JOE!

The salesman told us that the unit could be placed on the ground. The installers came out and showed us that placing the unit on the roof would be more aestheticly pleasing..
