Barney and Thomas where very professional. This was my third time using Wagner, and I would recommend them to anyone in the future.

Tech was knowledgeable about radiant floor heating systems and was able to trouble shoot any problems with the system.

We have used Wagner for a few years now to switch over from swamp cooler to furnace and vice versa. This latest visit, they sent us a checklist showing all the components of the system they examined. Very comprehensive! We will no longer feel the need to ask about whether the technician checked certain items. Our technician, Robert, was really great to work with. Enjoyed meeting him.

The technician, Luis J., was prompt, experienced and professional. It took three visits by him to complete my furnace repair. The necessity for multiple visits was due to the complexity of the repair. My comments concerning the technician apply to all of the visits. I recommend him and Wagner Mechanical unqualifiedly.

I was excited when I had finally saved enough to add air conditioning and heat to my garage where I spend a lot of time. The company came out and scheduled my install for August. The work went well and I was pleased. The ac really made a difference! As it started to get cooler I thought I would try the heat to see how it worked. After fooling with it for a bit and looking online I realized that the unit did not have heat. Looking at the invoice it had been marked for ac only. I contacted wagner hoping to resolve the problem. Realizing that it was a he said she said situation I know that I had no standing to solve (always read your quote! ) I let that go. I contacted wagner again offering to pay for the part needed and labor. I was told that they would not do it and they would not deal with me anymore. I am not sure why it was such a problem as they would not say. I know I am easy prey (single older women). I have never been treated this poorly in my life.

Wagner is my GO To service for my heating, air conditioning and plumbing needs for many years. They are reliable and efficient and their techs are courteous.

Wagner services and staff are professional and knowledgeable . The project I hired them for was a complete new furnace and air conditioning system and a new thermostat included! I was very apprehensive before staring this project but after looking at all the other companies, Wagner Mechanical and their staff made me feel confident in their workmanship and expertise â I love my new Carrier system! Waste of my money. The specialist did not even fix my issue. He left a vet poor patch job in my ceiling and worst of all the leak was back less than a week later after he said it was repaired. Do not use them because they cost an arm and a leg just to get work you could get off the street better

good tech service

Installation of new furnace and refrigerated air which also required an electrical panel upgrade. The total cost was lower than I expected and had hear from coworkers who went with other companies. The plumbers, installers, and electricians worked as a qualified team to get all the work started ahead of the wait for the PNM permit for the panel upgrade so there was no down time without cooling or heating. I'm very happy with the work so far and the additional information /work done on other items which were not to code.

My prior water heater installation by another company was not done to code so the plumber put in straps, lowered the stand, added a pan, sealed the vent,flushed the unit, etc. And now the unit is to code. All was done in a timely manner and updates were explained prior to the work being done. I'm very satisfied with the work.

Would absolutely recommend Wagner! The technician, Robert, was fantastic. He explained the process and provided recommendations to mitigate the root problem in the sewer line.

When I bought my house it already had HVAC installed. Come to find out that the unnamed company that installed it hooked it up wrong and the electrical work was a mess. Levi was able to come out assess the situation and correctly connect the HVAC electrical work. Levi brought the house up to code. If you need an electrician ... ask for Levi.
