A/C went out on a Thursday night, called around on Friday for service. Wagner Mechanical was the only one that had service on the 4th of July weekend, Andrew Roman is the technician that fixed the problem. The fix was under 30 minutes for a bad capacitor. Great service and Technician. Would hire again in a minute!

Was able to schedule two faucet installations on same day. David Lopez and an apprentice completed both jobs very thoroughly and efficiently. David is an exceptional professional with an unwavering friendly and positive attitude! We're very happy with his workmanship. The only reason I gave four stars on value for the money is because Wagner charges very high rates.

Nathaniel come out did a great job he explained everything and checked my system and everything was good to go appreciate it very good service and good experience with the company. I would highly recommend.

The technician, Cody S. and his assistant did a great job installing our new heating/refrigerated air system. They were here on time and worked through most of the day removing our old heater and then installed our new system and new thermostat to control it. Cody showed us the new system and explained each component. Electrical work was needed to complete the project so Cody made sure his work was done efficiently and would be ready for the electricians. We appreciated his and his assistants work.

We think the price was extremely high.

We were very pleased with the hard work and attention to detail provided by Alex L. He came a day early to give an estimate of the job. Arriving promptly the next day he got to work in the rather hot conditions inside our home. He fixed the umbing issues in both bathrooms and did a toilet installation, as one was needed. We were very impressed with Alex's meticulous work & very thoughtful response to the many projects that presented themselves.

The responsive Wagner TEAM worked by phone, email and text to inform me of an initial delay from an agreed start time, giving me a chance to adapt. The polite and focused service tech Alex L. not only did a thorough job, but also took the time to explain how the equipment he worked on functioned. Alex explained what needed to be done and gave me prices upfront before he began the work so we were both on the same page. Be prepared to pay immediately after the job is finished, with an invoice quickly provided by email. Overall, extremely happy with the work done.

Despite the fact my tankless hot water system sprung a leak during the flushing service, and could not be repaired, Barry and Reece did everything they could to try and repair the leak. I am really grateful for their full on commitment to try to help.

The service techs Stephen and Jack were great, very professional and courteous. The work was done on the same day as the initial service call and the only glitch was my fault in that I was having problems with my phone. It would be all 5 stars except I felt the cost was high; however, the project was done to meet code and to pass an inspection. I probably could have gone to many other plumbers who would have replaced the old water heater without meeting code. I was willing to pay extra for a quality installation and am very pleased overall.

The technician arrived earlier than expected. He was pleasant and knowledgeable, very helpful.

I highly recommend Jordan! He was right on time and very courteous. The job was to turn off two different types of heaters and he did so quickly and professionally, clearly understanding heating systems. Very happy with Wagner and their representative Jordan!

Mike and his team were wonderful. Explained everything and seemed genuine in answering questions and talking time to clean up and lessen our inconvenience.

They were very prompt, and kept their appointment as promised. They also kept us informed about what they were doing - almost immediately.

Wagner and the crew are really knowledgeable and then know what they are doing . Jerry and his guy Alex were the installers and did a great job and was feeling good and convincing and spent lot of time explaining how each and every system works and did a thorough walk through and top of it they left the home clean. Jesus and his guy was good electricians and Wagner should be proud that they have these guys as their employees who take care of their customers and didnt spend a single minute wasting. Part of membership so service is prioritized and has a discount. Electrician Scott Allen & his assistant were very professional, informative of the electrical problem cause and how they will repair. Repair was completed, area cleaned.

When I purchased my water, not from Wagner, the Local company installed it using cheap parts and did a very bad job installing it. Carl at Wagner replaced all the corroded parts and replaced the flush.. Carl did a fantastic job and I'm going to request for Carl to come back for an Annual Flush and check my water heater every year!

Our tech. Victor Valles was professional and knowledgeable. He inspected our system for the summer usage and found a couple parts that required replacement. He thoroughly explained the parts function. The replacement was performed to our complete satisfaction.
