After doing my plumbing repair, my swamp cooler was winterized and furnace was turned on. This was very helpful to accomplish both jobs with one appointment because we travel extensively and now we have piece of mind. Good job.

Great work. Simple problem for them. I had no clue. They did troubleshooting, identified the issues, explained it to me so I wouldn't run into it again, even offered to change the light bulbs for me. In and out in less than an hour and the problem was fixed.

Excellent courteous service

No complaints. Work performed as quoted. ROBERT TAFOYA, technician was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. After the install, I heard whistling behind the wall and called them. Robert came out and reassured me that it was just air from the Furnace pipes and that was normal. He also found a crack in the pipe under the sink and fixed it.

Dylan Vialpando, the technician provided excellent customer service. He is thorough, professional and very knowledgeable about the furnace and air conditioning system he worked on. My HVAC is in good hands. Thank you.

I needed a new toilet flange and new toilet set today. Couldnâ t believe it when Steven, the plumber showed up early! He gave me a fair quote and got right to work. Steven was professional, courteous, and my bathroom was left in great condition. I will definitely use, and recommend Wagner Plumbing in the future.

I cannot say enough about Nathan and Santiago and their complete professionalism during what were at times a little stress. They worked tirelessly both days of the installation. I'm not sure all would be so diligent in their work as these two were. I would certainly recommend Wagner. They constantly let me know the status of arrival times etc...exceptional communication I'm perhaps less inclined to go ballistic as long as I know why I'm waiting on the bridge...anyway thanks to all...esp. Andrew the technician was extremely knowledgeable. He did an awesome job. I can't say enough about him. . He showed me and explained everything to me. He was precise, neat and patience. I highly recommend Wanger.

Denise who answeted my phone call, was interested, couteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Within 2 hrs, a technician Robert arrived at the door. He was courteous, respectful , and friendly. He quickly analyzed the problem, showed me the pictures, spoke to my landlord by phone and efficiently resolved the problems with an expert repair. The entire experience was a picture perfect example of how a quality business is run. I was shown a picture of the technician before he arrived, and a followup "thank you for your business ", moments after my payment was received. Would highly recommend Wagner.

Wagner Mechanical had installed my split air system 2 years ago and it has performed beautifully. Andrew was my technician this week to check the system and address the split air performance. He was very knowledgeable, kind, efficient and left everything working great. Would definitely recommend.

Sara was extremely helpful in getting me to have my ac worked on and victor new exactly what parts I needed and quickly and properly did the repair to my ac and it is working just fine. Thank you Wagner mechanical employees for helping my family get our ac up and working so quickly.

Professional and friendly

7/25/2022 New Carrier Two-room Mini-Split Install Although Wagner Mechanical is a bit pricier than most we were pleased with the overall experience. Sales Consultant; Roger Roth, is knowledgeable on their mini-split air conditioner units and was completely through in explaining options, electrical needs, placement, future additional units, performance, as well as 0% financing available which was much appreciated. Certainly appreciated their install team. Not only were they punctual, but also had our Carrier two room mini-split up and running in one day. They were respectful of our home and property making sure to leave all areas clean of debris. Thank you to the Electrical Team leader Scott Allen and his assistant Dennis for their expertise as well as honoring our request for the placement of the electrical lines. Thank you to the Carrier Unit Install Team leader Andrew Castillo and his assistant James for their expertise and working with us to insure units were not only placed where we wanted them, but also their attention to making sure all units were operating properly and we understood the features and remote settings.

James was excellent in unclogging our kitchen sink drain. Fast response; James was at my doorstep within an hour after I called for service.

Jordan was absolutely exceptional, he took the time to explain everything and was very professional. It's the little details that make or break a company and him taking the time to make sure the area was as clean as he found it really went the extra mile and made me a customer for life.

Dennis Elliott knows his stuff! He's aces in my book. Dennis is the go-to guy for hvac work.
