They installed a new furnace and air conditioner. They brought a large crew of workers. They were on time, professional and friendly. Everything went smoothly. I feel they did a great job.

The service technician, Steve Jaramillo, was very professional. This is the second I have the opportunity to have Steve service my home. I would rate his work and attitude as 5 stars out of 5

My minisplits didn't seem to be warming the house as they should. Both John and Ben came and inspected the units. Suggested I leave them on 24/7 @ 70 or 72 when the mornings are so cold. Both are knowledgeable and friendly as are other Wagner employees. Company has outstanding customer service.

Very professional; on time as promised

wagner is a new mexico institution for a reason. they are quick, friendly, and reasonably priced. i'm a member of their maintenence club and greatly enjoy the perks. i completely trust them.

Replaced a "dead" swamp cooler with roof mounted refrigerated air system and a new higher efficiency furnace. Amazingly, from arrival to drive away this efficient team took only 7 hours. City inspectors had NO problems with the new installation. The entire team was courteous, friendly, and tended to business! Thank you for a job well done!

We spent $21000 to upgrade our swamp cooler to refrigerated air. Two major issues since the work was completed. #1 when the plumbing was constructed for the air conditioning on the roof the work was not sealed properly resulting in a major leak in our ceiling when it rained causing sheet rock damage. Took 3 months to get a contractor to repair the damage. #2 when the weather cooled a switch was not turned on for the gas to the furnace causing the fan to constantly run, and our home to consistently be at 64 degrees, and our utility bill to be $200 more than this time last year. we again had difficulty getting them to address the problem in a timely manner, and when we called to request compensation for our outrageous utility bill due to their mistake we could not even get the courtesy of a return call from management. Poor quality and complete disregard for their customers. Consumer beware.

Thomas was an exceptionally knowledgeable as well as professional individual. He greeted me with my name, crawled into the crawl space numerous times and gave me a fair and honest estimate. Completed the work in an hour and left everything as it was. I really enjoyed briefly talking with him. Thanks so much for hiring courteous and professional people.

Performed the switchover from swamp cooling to heating and annual furnace checkup. They are very thorough and document everything with a checklist and pictures so you know nothing was missed. The technician (Meese) also communicated clearly and did not rush through anything. Excellent customer service.
