After a couple of techs, trying to fix the problem, Steven Jaramillo got to the root of the problem, I needed a (Flame Rod Electrode Kit) which he ordered. I could not have been so pleased. He is truly a 5 STAR TECHNICIAN. THANK YOU SO MUCH STEVEN.

We purchased our new home and it has a newer Water filtration system. The sediment filter seized up and we could not remove without causing damage to the water lines. We called Wagner's! The came out right away, Thomas was fast, friendly and no mess! Reasonable rates, we will be contacting Wagner for all future plumbing, HVAC, septic maintenance and repairs!!! Highly recommended 5 stars

Jack Cupp was an excellent technician, he went above and beyond with the job. Even helped to troubleshoot and replace a cartridge for my shower and tighten a loose faucet on my sink and didnâ t charge extra for that.

Heat went out at 3 in the morning. It was fixed by Jack Cupp of Wagner Mechanical by 10:30am the next morning. Kudos to the office staff which coordinated this repair.

I have always been impressed with the workers from Wagner Mechanical! I'm not one to leave a review if I don't think it is deserving. I wanted to compliment the work of Barney Gallegos and his apprentice, Reece. They not only did exceptional work but they went out of their way to work tirelessly to make sure the job they did was quality. I wanted a certain faucet installed (I ordered the wrong faucet on Amazon) and some features of the faucet had to be changed in order for it to be installed properly. Barney didn't make me feel bad but instead did all he could do to make sure he obtained the correct parts to make the installation a success and I' so happy that he went the extra mile for me. I highly recommend Wagenre Mechanical and if you can get Barney and his apprentice you are in excellent hands!

Our water heater needed to be flushed, the elements changed, and the pressure safety tank replaced. We were able to get service on the same day that we called. The technician, Jack Cupp, answered all of our questions and completed the work quickly, thoroughly, and professionally. We're thankful for the reliable service.

Specifically, Victor V. did an outstanding job, we told him what we were experiencing, he thoroughly evaluated the problem and went to work to resolve the issues (he was not afraid to "get his hands dirty"). He resolved every issue we had with our heater. He was professional, friendly, respectful and courteous. America needs more workers like Victor V. This guy deserves a raise and a bonus!

I have lived in this home for 7+ yrs and have called Wagner at least once each year, sometimes more than twice in a year. EVERY experience; plumbing, heating, A/C, light fixtures, garbage disposal replacement, water heater drain and service, furnace service...EVERY time I have had them come here, it has been a perfectly professional and pleasing event. (Everyone grumbles about the price, and I do too, but afterwards I am grateful that the solution was as easy as it was, and not way worse) Thanks Wagner!!

I have used wagner for years and they always meet expectations. Two electricians came today to install a Ring security camera with lights outside and also replace lighting in a bedroom. They did a great job, were professional, personable, quick, and cleaned up when done.

From the moment we called Wagner they set up an appointment quickly. The electrician was professional, knowledgeable and very thorough when he came to do the estimate. The technicians that came to do the job were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and advised me of everything they were doing. Excellent company and will be having them back out to do some more electrical work.
