We were very pleased with the work done. He was fast and thorough, and was very pleasant. The reason I left a 3 on the value for the money, maybe you should give a senior discount. My husband spent at least 3 hours trying to unclog our bathroom. He used his machine and it was unclog in less than 10 Minutes. Thank you.

Very polite and knowledgeable.

They do not show at the time they say they will, originally it was 3:00, then it was 4:00. When we called at 4:50, supposedly they were on their way. Finally showed up at 5:50. I understand things happen, but a simple phone call would be appreciated. The helper was not knowledgeable, Was impatient when trying to force the vent cover on.
