Andres was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable.. He found a leak in the roof mounted ac. He informed us that this repair will be covered by warranty. He set up the warranty crew with a date for the work. He is going to try to get date moved up as temperatures are in the 90â s. Excellent employee.

The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Work was performed expeditiously. Questions were answered clearly. Perhaps the price was a little high for the service, but it was scheduled promptly. My only complaint was the administrative scheduling by office personnel -- they arbitrarily moved my repair from early afternoon to late morning (I did not expect to be at home in the morning, but my plans changed and I was able to accommodate the repair).

Very professional and reasonable price. They were so quick I love Wagner and would always rely on them for future reference.

My Wagner service person was Jesus Telles. He was on-time, thorough, knowledgeable, honest and caring. He was very clear with me about what should and should not be done to keep my 19-year-old combo unit running. I greatly appreciate his time and efforts, and would be pleased to have him return to work on my system any time.

We called Wagner on a Saturday as temps were about to hit the 90s and my 85 year old parentsâ  swamp cooler had stopped working. Jesus Telles was at our house within an hour and a half. He immediately hopped on the roof to check the problem. After finding that the bearings were broken, he walked us through every option for repair/replacement. So many service people are sales people in disguise and you cannot trust their recommendations, but Jesus was honest, knowledgeable and was not pushing any agenda. He thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each option. He is an incredible asset to Wagner and we are grateful for his quick response time, knowledge and honesty. Wagner should be proud to call him an employee and anyone would be lucky to have him service their home.

Jesus is very professional and knowledgeableâ ¦ another guy was here yesterday and missed a leaking hose. Jesus fixed it plus looked at other issues I might want to get repaired eventually. I highly recommend Jesus .

Also fixed my toilet. Nathan and his co-worker did a fabulous job and were very nice to work with. Great guys!

I have an annual subscription with Wagner and have had the plumbing, heating, and AC guys come to my home. Everybody is very professional, very kind, and when I tell them I want to learn about what theyâ  re doing theyâ  re very patient with me. I would definitely recommend Wagner

The entire team that supported the mini split install was very professional and knowledgeable. A special thank you to Phillip Morgan and team, Mike Salerno, Levi Imboden, Curtis Samberson and Roger Roth. Not only did they all provide professional support, but they were very accommodating of my questions/concerns and moved the events around my schedule to ensure I was comfortable with the install and knew how to operate the new system once installed. Mini split system turned out great. Thank you all very kindly!

My Technician (Steven Jaramill) gave me exceptional service. He was very professional, efficient and courteous. All my questions were answered. The plumbing job is beautiful. I am pleased. I will certainly recommend Wagner Co. to all my neighbors and family.

They also installed new refrigerated air. I was happy with everything about the sale, installation (major-included a crane to get AC on roof) and clean up.

Victor was professional and friendly; he replaced the pads on my swamp cooler, cleaned off the hard water materials, replaced the existing water hose, and just cleaned up the swamp cooler exceptionally well. I am very pleased with the service done today. I'm a member with Wagner Plumbing and Heating going on a few years only because they do satisfying service every time. I do recommend Wagner Plumbing and Heating and trust their service at 100%.
