Hired these guys to install a new AeroCool system to replace my old system. They sold me a system missing parts and had to call them out more times than anyone should to have it fixed. Once the missing part was installed they lost all the screws to the top panel of the unit and did not bother to replace or notify me. Later I had to call them out again for this issue snd the fact the unit leaked all the time on my new roof, they replace them with junk mismatched screws rolling around on the floor of their truck. Later when I try to call and resolve the issue everyone I talked to gave excuses and put me on hold and wasted my time. Finally I get them to try to issue me a refund they lie and say they canâ t because itâ s been installed for 18 months and even though you only use the unit part of the year and THEY issue the warranties that I had put my trust into that was not fulfilled. I went through them multiple times for their warranty and it just wasted my time and money and caused me more work. Bottom line donâ t go with these guys. Unprofessional, dishonest and put their mistakes and lack of professionalism on the consumer. Very unhappy.

Dylan was knowledgeable and efficient in analyzing the problem and solving it. Got my furnace working in a short time, and all is now well.

Jose Sanchez did an excellent job replacing the motor to my heat/cooler system. He was thorough and explained every step. He was very friendly and personable! I would highly recommend Wagner and ask for Jose Sanchez!

Will did an awesome on my bathroom floor under the toilet. He had to break through 4" of concrete and a ceramic tile then pour contrete back into the hole. This was necessary to properly fit the flange and wax ring to secure the toilet. The builder 17 years ago did a shoddy job that Will fixed. I also had Phillip Olguin today to set the toilet back in place. It took him 20 mins or so to complete the job. Phil did an good job.

The electricians were great fixing the small oversight from the installation crew. All good now.

Anthony had experience, knowledge and expertise, was able to explain clearly the fast flush Kenco system, gave me an estimate of cost on system and size I wanted, worked efficiently and was over excellent in customer relations and workmanship. A Carrier mini-split heat pump HVAC system, with 3 internal units connected to one exterior condenser, was installed at our home. Installation went smoothly, but external covering/channelling for power and refrigerant lines was lacking around one exterior corner of the house. Nate & Thomas came out to address this issue, and used a bellows section as a cover, to connect two channel sections. Fix addressed unsightly exposed power and refrigerant lines. Thank you.
