Johnnie Davidson fit us into his schedule earlier than we expected. He preformed boiler flush and inspection. He was prompt and professional. We asked about some water treatment options and he left us some great recommendations for us to research.

Johnny was very through and experienced in the heating and plumbing profession. He performed all the checks for the furnace and the swamp cooler. Richard

David DuPriest did a great job removing our old water heater and replacing it. He is very personable. We give him an A+. I didnâ t know how to rate the value for money. We hadnâ t replaced one in over 30 years so it was high compared to what we paid many years ago. Itâ s an expense for retirees like us who are on a fixed income.

Phillip and the entire team did a great job installing a new furnace to replace my old dinosaur. They were very professional ....I would recommend using them again.

The techs are experienced and thorough when troubleshooting down to the cause of the problem. A phone conversation between the tech and customer service revealed that my warranty still had a few years to run, so repair was done totally as warranty work. The membership in their preventive maintenance service is inexpensive, with "dues" spread over a year, affording twice yearly servicing, alternating cooling & heating, and a discount for any parts required.
