I schedule an appt. through Home Advisor, Thompson Satellite called me to confirm my appt. and I did not receive the message. I called Toby when Thompson's was not here for the scheduled appt., Toby explained to me what happened and Toby (one of the owners) came out the same day and did an excellent job of mounting my new 55" TV on the wall in my new home.

The employees who came to our house presented themselves in a professional manner. We had a bit of problem setting up the camera view on computers outside the home (i.e., through the website), but we figured it out and are very satisfied with our security camera system.
