Neal was very knowledgeable, easy to work with and the workers who installed were great. They completed the work well, they worked fast and they wore masks. Great choice going with them.

They gave me a call quickly after selecting them on Angie's List. Scheduled an appointment for a week and a half out but they bumped that up when someone cancelled. Work was done quickly and correctly

Neal gave me practical recommendations, wasn't the slightest bit pushy, and never suggested I purchase more expensive equipment that wouldn't come close to paying for itself in my lifetime. The cost was reasonable without any special discounts. The installation took place on a cold, rainy day in March. I was a bit concerned I might have to go overnight without heat so I was very happy the crew was able to complete the job in one day. The men who did the job were very pleasant. Their workmanship was excellent and they left the area as clean as they found it. They certainly deserve the "A" rating I'm giving them for the work they did for me and I will be recommending them to all my friends and neighbors.

Didn't even bother to pursue the matter after talking with the receptionist. When I asked for something on Monday, with the date, which was a week away, she says, "Well, you need to take out your calendar. The (date) is a Friday." To which I replied that I said Monday. Then she says something to the effect of, no you didn't, you said Friday. To which I replied that I really did say Monday. And then she counters AGAIN with something like, "No you said Friday." So, given that apparently the culture of this organization allows for a receptionist who would contradict a potential customer on such a trivial issue, I decided to immediately take my business elsewhere. It's difficult enough to deal with the expense of a heating system repair without having to endure such a mediocre level of professionalism and courtesy.

They came out when promised and did the job quickly and neatly. very happy with their work.

Very well. Thompson was conscientious, efficient, and finished on time. They gave me the lowest bid. And as I have used them in the past, was comfortable with them doing the job.

They're great. We had them here a few times. They were great to deal with. They are a little more expensive than they should be but, they're still pretty reasonable. They're excellent.

I don't remember what the price was, but it was reasonable. They were definitely competitive with the other five or six people I had come out. The quality was excellent. Punctuality was flawless. They're a really good company. They're excellent -- from the person who answers the phone to the people who supervise to the workmen. I would absolutely use them again. I have used them a couple of times before, but that was decades ago.

The two person crew arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently and did a very professional job removing the old flue and installing the new flues. Price was reasonable.

Everything was excellent. Always on time and kept the job site neat and clean. Finished plumbing was well arranged for possible future servicing. All equipment working as advertised. It took 4 days to rip out the entire system and replace the domestic hot water plus radiant heat system. Cold water was kept on in the house the entire time. New equipment was fully explained by the installers.

Mario came and opened up the unit and showed me that, although I had been cleaning the filters regularly, dust had still entered the unit and the blades of the fan were caked with dust. He explained that he could clean the unit for me but it would take several hours to disassemble and reassemble, with significant labor costs. He showed me how to clean it myself and charged me for just the service call. I was very happy with his expertise and professionalism and the fact that he was willing to save me some money by showing me how to clean the unit myself. I gave them a "B" for price just because he charged a full service call for a 10 minute visit (although I understand this is hard to prorate) and gave no discount for Angie's List referral.

Andrew and Andre accomplished the job without any problems at all. They were very pleasant and professional. I was provided with metal winter covers to protect the cooler. A very knowledgeable technician came to my home to install updated controls for the cooler. He went out of his way to do the best possible job. His set up is so much better than what I had been using for years. I am delighted with the way everything was done. I regret not having Thompson's replace the cooler years ago. I didn't realize what I was "putting up with." The Champion is quiet and keeps the house cool and comfortable. I couldn't be more pleased!

As you can see from the description, Thompson?s performed more than one service for us. There were four of their employees involved, two installed the evaporative cooler, an electrician who rewired the cooler and installed both thermostats and a plumber who repaired our heater. They each did a fantastic job. They were professional yet very friendly and performed each of their jobs in record time. We would definitely highly recommend Thompson Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.

We've been looking into getting gutter installed for sometime. Called a couple of the gutter places in town. Either never got a call back or they never showed to do the estimate. Luckily I came across google reviews of Thompson. Gave them a call and they were out doing the estimate withing a couple days. The had the color we wanted and the price seemed very reasonable. We set up a date to have them installed. They showed up and did an amazing job on the gutters. It rained quite a bit a few days after they were installed so got to see them put to work right away. Next just gotta get a rain barrell. I would gladly use Thompson again and would highly recommend them!

Did an excellent job. The company was responsive and professional and the price was fair. Worked with us to ensure they delivered what we needed and wanted. Everything completed on time and without a hitch. Would definitely use them again.

They came out to evaluate and installed a new unit. This was a HAVC unit. They installed and maintained the unit we bought and it was the smallest one. Once they came out it was a few hours to install. There were no unexpected issues.

I was very pleased with their service. I thought the price was reasonable and they did a great job. I would recommend them.

It was very professional. They preformed as they said they would. The price was in a great range. It took about a week because we had to make some changes. They cleaned up when they were finished.

11/3/14: Made appointment with scheduler to have furnace repaired on 11/4 in the afternoon. She said it would be between noon and 4:00 pm. She said she would call tomorrow afternoon and let me know when it was scheduled. 11/4/14: Did not hear from her so I called at 2:00 pm to see if I was still on the schedule. She said I was. At 3:20 Gary Thompson (one of the owners) called and said "they were rolling my way." At 4:45 pm I called their office to see why no service person showed up, but the office was closed. 11/5/13 Received several phone messages in the morning from scheduler asking me to call her. Also received a message from the service guy at 10:30 am asking me to call him so he could come by and take a look at my boiler. Boiler? I don't own a boiler. The service request was to repair a forced air furnace, which he obviously was unaware. Scheduler called at 1:30 pm to see when it would be convenient to do the work. I asked her why they didn't show up as promised two times yesterday afternoon. She said she didn't know why. She seemed somewhat surprised when I told her I wanted to cancel the service request and that I would make arrangements to have the work done by someone else. These folks obviously have some communication problems internally and with customers. Fortunately, there are a number of other firms in the area that do this type of work.
