They gave me a call quickly after selecting them on Angie's List. Scheduled an appointment for a week and a half out but they bumped that up when someone cancelled. Work was done quickly and correctly

Neal gave me practical recommendations, wasn't the slightest bit pushy, and never suggested I purchase more expensive equipment that wouldn't come close to paying for itself in my lifetime. The cost was reasonable without any special discounts. The installation took place on a cold, rainy day in March. I was a bit concerned I might have to go overnight without heat so I was very happy the crew was able to complete the job in one day. The men who did the job were very pleasant. Their workmanship was excellent and they left the area as clean as they found it. They certainly deserve the "A" rating I'm giving them for the work they did for me and I will be recommending them to all my friends and neighbors.

They're great. We had them here a few times. They were great to deal with. They are a little more expensive than they should be but, they're still pretty reasonable. They're excellent.

I don't remember what the price was, but it was reasonable. They were definitely competitive with the other five or six people I had come out. The quality was excellent. Punctuality was flawless. They're a really good company. They're excellent -- from the person who answers the phone to the people who supervise to the workmen. I would absolutely use them again. I have used them a couple of times before, but that was decades ago.

The two person crew arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently and did a very professional job removing the old flue and installing the new flues. Price was reasonable.
