Description of Work: They did a good job. My only complaint was that they did not follow my instructions as to doing half driveway at a time. Needed half to use for wheelchair. They broke up both sides so had to build path and ramp to get wheelchair through. Guy did help to set up. Also had to call them to start second half and to finish up at the end. Driveway did come out nice though!

Description of Work: Installed new concrete steps. Removed old driveway cement and replaced it with colored concrete which was stamped and sealed. Everything could not look better. They did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Extended the patio in back yard. I was concerned because of the incline. When we get the monsoon rains we have had to use sandbags so water does not come into back room. I did not want to make this worse with the concrete. Marou (unsure of spelling) accounted for this, and recent heavy rains showed the slope was such that it directed water away from the house. He worked quickly and professionally. Marou also helped when I did not notice my small dog had "escaped". That was so much appreciated.

Description of Work: Concrete was laid and I was very pleased with the results. It took awhile for them to get started on time but I figured they were trying to handle a large volume of work orders and I wasn't bothered by this. The two workers who performed the work was very nice and courteous. I would use this company again!

Description of Work: concrete extension of patio and "walk around" part of sidewalk for AC unit. Looks good and done to specifications.

Description of Work: We were impressed with how careful the workers were. We had a old cement driveway removed and a new one put down. Because my wife had plantings along each side of the driveway footprint, we were anxious that the hard work would not be disturbed.It wasn't in the least! |And the finished work was great!

Description of Work: The man I called forgot about appt. first, so he was significantly late. He seemed disinterested in the job, but took some rough measurements and said he would call with start date. He didn't call for 4 days, so I cancelled the deal based on his uncaring attitude.

Description of Work: Came out to give estimate for patio replacement/ repair, never called or emailed me with the estimate.

Description of Work: In fulfillment of a "Big Deal", Pyramid removed a section of concrete in our backyard and the offending tree root. The replaced section looks great. Any concerns were quickly addressed.

Description of Work: They poured a 250-sqaure-foot pad for me and did a great job.

Description of Work: I bought the $599 Angies cement package and I added extra footage of cement to be poured, making a 3rd car driveway complete. I "Highly" recommend Pyramid Concrete to do any work you want done. They are Excellent at working with cement, and my driveway looks Fantastic. If I ever need Any cement work done again, I will be calling Pyramid.

Description of Work: They replaced an existing walkway directly to my house. The work was ok, but there were several "dis colored" areas in the concrete due to the fact that rainwater covered it before it finished drying. The concrete was good quality and the workmanship was adequate, but I wished they had covered the concrete better.

Description of Work: Removed patio stone and round stone and filled area with concrete in back yard. The overall product was done by requested date. Struggled with communication - had to do a lot of follow up on when the workers would be there, the process, and getting them payment. I was constantly contacting Pryamid for updates vs them informing me. After about a month of its completion a crack formed which is disappointing.

Description of Work: We had a little confusion about the scheduled date and the scope of the service. I had my front porch replaced and when we were discussing the job, it was evident a step needed to be added. When the work was done initially, there was no step and the drop was actually dangerous. I contacted the company and have to say they made it right and did so promptly. The response was greatly appreciated. The work looks great.

Description of Work: The City required rectification of a damaged sidewalk (probably tree root). Pyramid arranged permitting, removed the affected part of the sidewalk, prepared the new sidewalk for pouring, had the work inspected and approved by The City, and then completed the pour. First class work, and problem resolved.
