In this case, to effectively restore the bathroom and have it match throughout was to replace all three (3) walls. The estimate was reviewed and approved by the adjuster who agreed with our scope of work. Fire damages are the most problematic of restoration due to its unpleasant nature; smoke, soot, loss of memorabilia, and when you couple that with the process of cleaning and rebuilding—simply it is a stressful situation. A national company surveys the progress and quality of our work, which we scrutinize, ensuring we are in touch and responsive to our customer's needs.
