Did a great job and were very professional and prompt. Great example of a successful small business! We dropped off door and picked up within 2 days.

MOBILE SCREEN & GLASS INC was very prompt and they did an excellent job of replacing the glass on a fogged window. They also removed a large bathroom mirror, cut 2 inches off the discolored bottom of the mirror, re-hung and cleaned the mirror. What is perhaps most significant is that they offered the option of replacing the mirror with a new one (at a cost of two or three hundred dollars) or of trying to cut the two-inch strip off the bottom (at a cost below one hundred dollars. Needless to say, we very much appreciated their willingness to try to save us a considerable amount of money. They did not have to.

Still waiting for windows. Go elsewhere.

If you want immediate service don't call them. I call this Company this morning at 0900am today to request an estimate for my insurance company to replace broken 6 foot window in the front of my home they could not schedule me until Tues, (Sep 15) (5 days later). Had to call another competitor on Angie's list that was able to provide an estimate the same day.

Excellent same-day service at a fair price. I removed the window myself (in my case it just pops out) and took it to their location for repair on a weekday morning. They had it ready with a new double-pane cell by late afternoon the same day. Looks great now and works well.

Levi arrived right on time and took measurements and showed up on the appointed date to install the new screens. They look great.

Very good communication. Only found 1 other company that repairs these problems and they never returned our calls after 2 messages. 2 of our windows were view windows nearly 2 stories high. Arrived on time for measurements and for installation. Work only took about an hour and the results are beautiful. Thanks for giving us our views back.

We had an appointment for a bid with this company for window glass replacement (4-5 windows) and to have them look at two windows which leak. The person they sent out could not answer our questions about fixing the leaking windows and was unable to discuss this in any depth. Futhermore, 2 days shy of 2 weeks, we still haven't received a bid for even replacing the window glass. Very disappointing.They need more knowledgeable and professional persons for their meet and greets.

Our home was broken into last evening- front window completely broken out. Mobile Screen and Glass was wonderful in understanding this and getting someone out right away. Suzanne was very pleasant on the phone...sent Dennis out right away. Dennis provided quick, courteous and professional service. He had the window measured, made and installed in less than 6 hours...a wonderful relief to a terrible situation. I wish APD worked this quickly!!

The installer arrived on time as scheduled, was very knowledgable and performed the work in a very professional manner. I am 100% percent satisfied and will use this company in the future if I need this kind of service again.

They were very rude and hateful when I questioned their $80.00 trip charge. I thought that was a bit much since we are only 10 miles away.

I called Mobile Screen and Glass because we have two custom sliding glass doors. We did not know this when we bought our house recently. We tried buying screen doors at Lowe's but they were flimsy and didn't fit. Once Mobile Screen and Glass arrived to write an estimate they explained the fabrication process. I opted to pay extra for the plastic coated screen material in the sliding screen doors because we do have cats and dogs and they like to claw and scratch at the doors. The rep took the frame from the torn window screen with him and returned a few days later with my brand new custom sliding screen doors and window screen. He installed them all within an hour (probably less) and even installed latches so that the screen doors lock! I have never seen one that actually locked!!! I love my new sliding screen doors and cannot saw enough about the service we received! Thank you so much!!!!!

They did a great job. They came out and looked at it and put the window back on track with the counterweights and installed the screen.

Bud was amazing. Very informative (didn't know what kind of windows were in the house) and very quick. He clearly knows his craft and enjoys it too. I am very pleased with the quality and service I received. I highly recommend this company and would advise ensuring you have Bud do the work.

They were really good about making sure that they showed up on time. They had a slightly different scheduling system than I usually see. They say they will show up on Thursday and they will call that morning and tell me when. They are a little more accurate on when they show up. The people they send out are very knowledgeable and they are very good about cleaning up their mess. Overall they did a very good job. I assume their prices are good but I have no idea.

Found this company on Angie's list and they were prompt and efficient. Had a sliding glass door window broken (golf ball) and when the tech Juan came out he scoped the job well, we put a deposit down to order the glass and it came it even faster than expected. Juan fixed the glass quickly but also balanced the door as well without being asked. Overall solid company. I paid $500 for the window(reimbursed by the golfer luckily) which I think was a fair price. I didn't comparison shop as the other vendor I asked for a quote never called or emailed.

Excellent group of guys!! Ken came out to measure window and screens. Super friendly. Turnaround time was quick. Made it a point to get me on a Saturday schedule. There was a little confusion as to the scheduling piece, but when I called and spoke to Tom, he added me to the schedule without any problem at all. Levi came out and installed the glass. Very quick and professional. Very happy with the glass and screens installed. Can't beat the friendliness of all involved. Will recommend to friends and family, no doubt.

Everything went well. A little trouble getting the right rollers for the door but nothing serious. They came out to give an estimate which was acceptable and showed up to do the work when they said they would. Everything was done in a professional manner and even though they installed the screen door and had to get the right rollers for the glass door no payment was required until the job was finished. Then.....a very pleasant experience. A mistake had been made on the estimate and believe it or not the price was lower (a significant amount) than the estimate. It is a real pleasure to know that there are still honest people in business that do not take an opportunity to make an extra buck on their own mistake. I highly recommend this company for anything needed in their line.

Sent a detailed message requesting a quote on window work 5days ago. No call back, no message, no communication of any kind.

Prompt and on time. Jerry came out a second time to review glass that needed replacement after his initial walkthrough. He was very knowledgable and professional. All glass replacement was done with very minimal clean up. they forgot to screw in some hardware & a piece of moulding was not repaired. Just an over site easily fixed. But overall they did the work just fine. pricing was slightly higher than other estimates but they were recommended by a contractor who had dealt with otter glass companies.

Excellent service from Mobile. At the outset communication about the replacement choices available were clearly detailed. I had bids from Mobile and two other companies. While I cannot be at all certain that the quality of windows in the three bids were equivalent, Mobile underpriced one by one third and the other by almost two thirds. And the windows, for my purpose, are just fine. Of course there were other choices that Mobile could provide. All expectations were met, installers were punctual, considerate and knowledgable, cleaned up well, in short, all went very well.

They were 45 minutes late when they came out to do the estimate because the gentleman was double-booked and that was very aggravating. When I took the order in, there was a three-day delay but I really appreciated that the guy was honest enough to admit that he made some mistakes. Aside from that, everything else was perfect!

They were very professional and very friendly. They came when they said they rould and performed the projects I requested. One of the sliding glass doors still doesn't work but I never called them back to fix it.
