Description of Work: Replaced several windows that had lost seal, and replaced all screens. Went extremely well. Many large screens that were picked up during estimate visit. All work done was excellent, the screen doors never operated so well after screens were replaced, and reinstalled.

Description of Work: They replaced the glass in a large sliding glass door. It looks great. They were professional, punctual, and did the job quickly and cleanly. They also tweaked a few things in the door to make it roll more smoothly and lock more easily without charging me. I've used them before and would certainly use them again.

Description of Work: This is the third time that we have used this company. They have replaced cracked windows and installed screens on our windows. They have been great to work with. We recently had a cracked window in our kitchen replaced.

Description of Work: Extremely poor communication by Bud the technician. We needed wood replaced where it had rotted along with several glass panels replaced and several hinges replaced. Bud gave us an estimate for the repairs and scheduled a repair date. He was on time for the repairs but didn't remember what needed to be repair, which seemed odd. So I started to show him starting with the wood rot window casing. He instantly said we don't do wood. In dismay I asked why he didn't tell us to begin with, he instantly said he did. Five minutes prior he didn't even remember what he was repairing. He became very matter of fact and rude. Showed him the door, telling him I will spend my money elsewhere which he wanted to argue.

Description of Work: Screened a door on site with pet screening. We also had two other doors done before this. Jerry is fantastic....always on time, and efficient and fast. We had trouble with one door and they came and got the door and put different wheels on it and it works fine...no charge. Also they repaired the spring on a window that lifted up. They had to special order the spring and then install it. I have used this company for years and the company and workers are excellent!

Description of Work: We got great service. They scheduled someone to come out on short notice to fix a patio door with broken lock and rollers. He was quick and efficient and the price was very reasonable. While on the call we asked to add a window with broken rollers and got two replacement screens. The extra request was easily accommodated. It saved us a very large expense to replace.

Description of Work: Call for an estimate to replace all windows and 2 patio doors on our home. Would not come out on Saturday. Would not make any type of concession. My husband works in Santa Fe and I work til 5:00 PM. Guess they don't need the business. Too bad, I was looking forward to doing business with them.

Description of Work: Window screen needed replacing. This company makes the frame and the screen. Excellent prices althought their mobile service can be expensive. Much better to take the screen to them for repair.
