Description of Work: We dealt with a contractor of Home Depot; Four Seasons Patio Covers. To begin with the salesman measured wrong and the Project Coordinator came out and confirmed his measurements, but when the installers came out they said they could no way do it like the salesman had measured. Also the salesman said we could put lighting up in the ceiling but the installers said no we couldn't the roof would not support the weight. Also we told the salesman we would be paying cash. We signed Home Depot forms saying we did want the cover. He asked for no money up front. The salesman took that Home Depot form and apparently the next day turned it into a finance company, unknown to us, until on Dec. 19 we received a bill from this finance company saying we owed them $7,220.30. Not only did they open an account in our name but they charged on it also. The total amount of |the account they opened in our name was $17,000.We have tried to get warranty information, no luck. This company also goes under the name of Home resort living and Dreamstyle Remodeling. Not one time has this company called us to see if we liked the work, which by the way was excellent. The installers really knew what they were doing. But as for the company I would caution anyone to BEWARE. You will get NO customer service. And all Home Depot tells us is they are investigating as to how an account could have been opened in our name without filling out a credit application and signature for this finance company. |

+ -1 moreTHE INSTALLER THEY SENT OVER WAS PRETTY GOOD, AND HE WAS QUICK, TOO. THE STORE PERSONNEL LEAVE SOMETHING TO BE DESIRED, AND THEY ARE NOT ALWAYS KNOWING WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT.

+ -1 moreI WAS HAPPY WITH THE SELECTION THEY HAD. THEIR INVENTORY IS HUGE. I FOUND EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED, AND THEY CHARGED A GOOD PRICE TO INSTALL THEM. THE WORKERS THAT CAME WERE VERY NICE, AND THEY GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY.
