Description of Work: Complete back yard remodel

Description of Work: After one "assessment" visit to consider a fairly large landscaping job(10-15K), I never heard from them again, despite several follow up calls. This happened before at another house we owned. They just never followed up. Probably a good thing we did not pursue, if they are not reliable, they would probably do an unreliable job.

Description of Work: Hilltop installed a stucco wall; constructed an area for a fire pit; and a built-in barbecue. The landscapers planted perennials and covered the area with colored stone. The workers were polite and attentive; however, the supervisor was unable to decipher the plans and required a significant amount of supervision and direction. Measurements for the built-in barbecue were off slightly and the flaw can be detected by the discerning eye. Stucco was splattered on the windows requiring the workers to return to clean the windows. Some delays were related to a mismatching of the stucco color and the inability for one of the workers to complete his work in a timely manner. In addition, Hilltop had difficulty getting the new sprinkler system functional. We are disappointed with the size of the recommended fire pit insert and recently contacted Hilltop to install a larger unit. Hilltop is very busy and our request has been placed on the back burner - no pun intended.

Description of Work: The Hilltop folks installed new landscaping at my new home according to a plan I provided them. They enhanced the portion included in the purchase price of the new home, and added all rear and side yard elements to my specifications. The work performed was of excellent quality and the on site team was very easy to work with. They arrived at the pre-agreed time, and worked with me to make sure everything went where it was supposed to. The plant and hardscape materials they provided were great. I had competitive pricing from other firms and The Hilltop was in line with and slightly better than others. I would certainly work with Jim Forrester and his team again.

Description of Work: Nothing. It did not. I telephone three time to set up an appointment and they never returned my call.

Description of Work: We contacted Hilltop Landscaping to design and complete the work in our backyard. The estimate was prompt and they worked with us to meet our budget. The work was coordinated and started and completed on time. The Hilltop representative, Doug was professional and talked to us about plants that work well in this area.

Description of Work: THEY DID MAJOR LANDSCAPING. THEY REDESIGNED THE FRONT YARD AND DID EXTRA STUFF IN THE BACKYARD.
