Don't expect TJ to show up when he says he will, put anything in writing or be organized enough to finish the job when he does show up. I hired the guy to install this stuff during a remodel of my home, and he said he would give me a deal because he's new in business and needed to build a client base. He did the wiring on time, but after that, when it came time to do the next part of the job, I couldn't get him to call me back or come do the work. My contractor finally had to cover his electrical work for the inspection. When he finally called me back three weeks late, he asked for the balance (20%) before finishing the job. He did part of the job and finally provided a vague written description of the work when I made a payment. Over the next two months, the pattern of difficulty reaching him and partial work continued, meanwhile, my stereo wasn't working correctly. Two days ago, he made an appointment with me, and didn't call, and didn't show. I hired someone to come and finish the job, and fix his mistakes.
