After I had chosen the furnace and A/C combo I wanted delivery was set up. On the day of delivery it was found out that my garage roof, where the A/C compressor would be put, was in bad shape and would need to be replaced. Daniels worked with me and waited while I got the roof replaced. The install went smoothly and I've just had my 1st Club Daniels courtesy service call completed with Kevin. Everything has checked out fine. I can say that everyone I've dealt with from Daniels has been first class, knowledgeable and friendly.

Their price is competitive. The price included everything. They were recommended by my firm and we called someone else for an estimate, but I can't remember who they were, but the other company gave me all kinds of misleading information. They came out at different times, but there were probably 4 people to complete the service. They took about 2 days to complete the service. They left the area clean. They were pretty honest in their opinion about what should be done that didn't need to be done. There were some things that I was thinking about doing in addition that would have been more money. They said that it wasn't necessary for someone to take care of that. They did a very good job and they also followed up.

THE ESTIMATOR, TED SILVERS, CAME TO MY HOME AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THE MANNER IN WHICH HE EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCES IN THE FURNACE I CHOSE AND OTHERS.. HE IMPRESSED ME AS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SURE OF HIMSELF SO THAT I FELT COMFORTABLE CHOOSING DANIELS AS THE COMPANY I WANTED TO PURCHASE MY BRYANT FURNACE FROM. AND THE INSTALLERS, VICTOR AND JEREMY DID A FINE JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND DANIELS TO ANYONE NEEDING A NEW FURNACE.

The repairman worked quickly and kept me informed about what he was doing. When another part was needed, he left to get it and came back within a short time to complete the job.

Great! I think this company is wonderful and would hire again should the need arise. Darren, the technician, is a polite, willing worker. The office staff is so helpful..What a joy they all are!

Joe and Carlos came out and did a great job finding him with a fiberoptic camera and extracting the dead animal. They then cleaned and vacuumed the entire system. They were professional, friendly, and did an excellent job.

When used for plumbing, too expensive. They said it had the wrong parts in the toilet but used it anyway. Next day a toilet overflow due to the wrong parts. Will charge a service charge even though they didn't fix the problem the day before. We used our new plumbing, heating and cooling. Also Daniels has a yearly contract fee for 10% off.

The Daniels crew was professional and considerate from the estimate to the final inspection. They were able to meet all out needs at a competitive price. The installation crew could not have been more accommodating particularly with our unexpected scheduling needs. We are very happy with the entire process. Highly recommended.

The tech (Tanner) that came out was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what he was doing and fixed everything in one trip, explaining everything he was doing. He replaced one broken valve and flushed the entire system. Our heat was back up and working that day.

Excellent customer service, job performed in a professional and timely manner. Area was cleaned up and explanation on how to use new product provided.

They looked at the furnace after being told it was shutting off and back on. They didn't see anything wrong. My husband asked about moving the digital thermostat to be more effective. They wanted to replace a wireless digital thermostat for $600 and we thought that was very high.

I've had mixed experiences. I have Chris. I have excellent service so I always request Chris otherwise, it would not be good.

They showed up on time and completed the job in a timely fashion.

They came and met with us on our time and explained every system to us the pros and cons. We made a decision and got back with them and scheduled an installation. It was a simple and easy process and they made it such a smooth transition. The installers were very professional and clean and courteous. They explained the system and how to program and run it and when to service it! Amazing company...amazing people from management, schedulers to installation techs! I can't say enough about them. They need to get more than a five star rating in my book!! I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

I'm not thrilled with them. They have a fee of $50 just to come over. If they get rid of that, we will probably use them.

As usual with Daniels, they were on time, professional, friendly, and did outstanding work. They did both jobs concurrently and managed to finish both ahead of schedule. All the technicians were first rate. We have used them many times in the past and will continue to use them in the future. Thanks Daniels!!

They were okay. They left kind of a mess, little pieces of the vent stuff all over the carpet that I had to clean. They didn't spend a lot of time doing the cleaning, they were real quick and went out.

They did have to reschedule our first appointment twice during the day, but after that it was smooth sailing. They explained their recommendation fully, scheduled the install quickly, and did a fantastic job. We are happy and cool now!
