Mr. Carrasco seems like a nice guy. He arrived on time, worked fast, removed several stubborn stains from carpet at no additional cost and charged what I consider to be a very reasonable price.

The workers that were sent to my house did such a marvelous job especially, around and above the stove area, the bathrooms and windows. They even went outside and scraped stuff off the outside of the windows! They went over and above! I am going to have them start coming once a month from now on.

This company has wonderful customer communication. They call the day before service and follow-up after service. The workers are on time and do a thorough job. It took me a few stumbles to find this company and I am so glad I finally did.

Ricco called promptly, came to give estimate soon after call when he said he would. He showed up for all appointments at times agreed. You can definitely tell he has pride in his work and his company. He has a great personable interaction that shows interest in your needs and informs you truthfully what that job requires. He says he charges by the job, not the hour, which I loved. I hired him to clean my carpets in three bedrooms. It took him about 1.5 hrs. and the carpets look great. The carpets did take a long time to dry but I have high thick carpet which may have needed the extra time. I will certainly hire him again and will stop looking for a cleaning company for other projects because I have now found my cleaning guy. I'm picky but loyal once I find someone I trust. He is not going to low ball you to get the job, he was honest about another project we were considering and I trust he would do a great job if we were able to go ahead with it. Could I have found it more reasonable, I don't know because I was so impressed by him that I just hired him on the spot to clean my carpets. I felt he would do any job I hired him for with pride in his work, I was right. Very happy, would recommend.

This company did a deep clean which is usually on vacant homes for us. My house looks brand new after this team came in. A little pricey but well worth it. Rico has been calling me but I've been super busy and have not replied. We are going to hire them for routine cleaning. The lead young lady was accommodating for us. I really liked her and the way they attacked cleaning our house. One young lady spent at least an hour on my teenage son's room which we call "no man's land." I've dared him to mess it up! We are so appreciative of the hard work they did for us. There were many reasons our house fell into total disarray and became completely overwhelming for me to tackle the cleaning. Casa Cleaning was just what we needed-clear eyes on the MESS.

Ricco Carrasco's (owner) performance and attitude was great. We will be scheduling to clean carpet every 6 months. Will give the cleaning ladies (maid service) an opportunity next week. We hope everything will go as well as the carpet and furniture cleaning.
