As the founder of Carpet Source, it is my mission to make your experience smooth, hassle-free, efficient and as pain-free as it gets. Almost 20 years ago when I eliminated our showroom and kept the warehouse space, I systematically dissected every aspect of our process with you in mind, the client. I had to – over many years – figure out what was best for you and how to consistently deliver superior service and excellence at every touch point. My first thought was "How can I make it easy for the client to select the right floor for her/his needs while eliminating the old clunky way of doing things; while still making it affordable and consistent?" Description of Work: I organised with them to do the carpeting while I was away on my work rotation. They had to coordinate with various other contractors who were doing various other jobs in the house. They did a magnificent job of coordinating with the other contractors and when I came back everything was completed,clean and tidy. The job they did was awesome and the result fantastic. I would use them for my flooring needs in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: Carpet was installed in three bedrooms. I had to request the crew to vacuum along the walls where cut carpet threads were left. Unfortunately, one of the furniture movers allowed a door to fall on to a framed photograph. The glass shattered. |The sales rep was very professional.

Description of Work: Great service, they come to you, no shopping warehouses and showrooms. A lttle on the pricey side, but the results are amazing! We decided to install the memory foam padding and what a dream it is walking on this carpet. I would recommend this company to anyone who is ready to invest in the best. With a 20-year warrantee, this could be my last carpet, and it is worth it. Absolutely, no complaints.

The day of service, Alex & team showed up on time and worked non-stop to get the job done in one day. Description of Work: We need bedroom carpet replaced and replaced the walk in closet carpet also, so that the carpet would match. We were able to find a carpet that matched our existing carpet as we originally used this company to carpet our entire home. We had no issues. All was done as expected, on time as ordered and at the price we agreed to. The installation crew was great. The sales/measuring appointment was easy and the measurements were done at that time. A deposit was requested and all was taken care of with no issues.

Description of Work: Helped in the selection of the carpet including the color. It had to be ordered and it came in sooner than I expected. Two days later it was installed by 2 very knowledgeable and pleasant young men. The experience I had been dreading went so smoothly I shouldn't have postponed it. I hate the mess you usually have with this kind of job but they cleaned up after themselves and it looks great. When I want carpet in another room I know just who to call. The experience was actually enjoyable and the room looks very nice. No negatives at all with using this company.
