They were excellent! All organic products with no odor. We had extensive pet urine issues and the carpets are like new when they were done! They were very punctual, professional, and friendly. They guarantee there work as well! I highly recommend them. Worth every penny!

Joe found all of the problem spots after a thorough post complete carpet cleaning. Concentrated on these problem areas for quite a while making sure there was no residue scent. If the odor leaked up he would come back and re-treat the areas...which he did! Joe is fantastic.... professional, courteous, and thorough. Subsequent to Joe cleaning all of my carpets, a plumber walked through my bedroom heading to the master bath, and stained up my bedroom carpet pretty bad from something on his shoes. Joe came right back and fixed the problem free of charge. I was so impressed with this. I highly recommend them.

I’m very particular when it comes to having our carpets cleaned. I don’t want a service that masks or even attracts more dirt. I want to know that the dirt has been eliminated. Delaware Valley Carpet Cleaning does just that. We have used their services for 3 years now and are always satisfied with the result. Our house also smells incredible after the cleaning!

Joe has cleaned carpets in our homes for over 20 years and without exception we've been very satisfied, but one experience stands out. We have a home in another state and while there both our dogs became very sick with giardia. Our brand new carpets were christened with vomit and diarrhea to the point that we knew we'd run out of Joe's spot cleaner. (Yes, we took a bottle to Colorado.) I texted Joe and he immediately put 4 bottles in the mail. We rent this home when not there, and Joe offered to be available to our tenants should they need assistance with any carpet mishaps. His number is now included in the house manual with instructions to use only his spot cleaner (which we provide for tenants) and to text him with any problems. Now that's service!

Fantastic! Would highly recommend Joe! He was on time, very professional and friendly. We thought we needed to replace the carpets but after his cleaning they looked brand new and smelled incredibly fresh. I am sensitive to fragrances and had no issues whatsoever with the citrus products. He even removed stains that I thought could not be removed. I have been using his spot cleaner that came with the cleaning and it has worked fantastic in home with pets when accidents occur. Will only use his carpet cleaning services going forward.

Absolutely call Delaware Valley Carpet Cleaning before spending money on any furniture and carpet cleaning products.Unfortunately, I thought I could take care of our dog's accidents with various cleaning products (even those from the pet stores) and "home remedies" which promise to be the best solution for removing odor and stains. I found out the hard way, leaving me with poor results. I was sure my new rugs and new furniture were ruined. I cannot say enough about Joe Stark's sincerity for great business practices. He took his time explaining what he could do to take care of the problem and what to expect as the result of his furniture and carpet cleaning.
