Delaware Valley Carpet Cleaning

Joe was on time (big deal for me) for the time he communicated. He was at my house at 0815 and actually had 2 houses before mine. I was impressed. He gave a thorough overview of expectations and gave me the chance to get my money back before he started based on what he told me. I am usually against using contractors as I have had bad experiences of pressure sales and late arrivals (messing up my day sitting around in my house). Joe did NONE of this. He actually cleaned a spot in my carpet that another steam cleaner could't clean up previously. He was done in 45 minutes and wore shoes covers on my carpet. Joe has changed my mind about using a cleaning service. I will call him in the future for carpet or upolstry cleaning needs. Daniel Fehl

Joe arrived well within the window of time he promised. He came in and reviewed the areas to be cleaned with me, so I could note particularly dirty areas. He provided the exact cost for the carpet cleaning and applying the protectant. He brought his equipment in, used drop cloths, and did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. He offered a bottle of his carpet cleaning solution, too. Joe has cleaned my carpets for years, I know and trust him to be professional and do a great job, and I have not been disappointed. I have recommended him to friends, who have also used him and were well satisfied.

As always, Joe was very communicative before his arrival (confirming my appointment, with an accurate time of arrival) and arrived promptly. Great job, very professional, careful to cover flooring throughout my house, and totally cleaned up afterwards. My carpets smell great and look fantastic (there are a few spots that he can't get rid of, but I knew that from the get-go...one of them is ink from my computer cartridge....but he DID make it less obvious!!). This is one of the most reliable, honest, dependable companies I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! I recommend him to many of my friends, and they all concur!!

Joe arrived at scheduled time, alerting his arrival by text. We went over the two problem areas. Our dog had been sick and had vomiting and "accidents" in the family room and upstairs hallway. He immediately began the job. Was very efficient, professional, and friendly. At the end of the job, Joe made sure I was completely satisfied with the job before he left the premises.

They did a great job. They arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They have their own cleaning products which have very little odor. Everything came out better than we expected. Drying time was short. The owner even called a couple of weeks later to make sure we were still happy with the work. They were entirely professional. We definitely would recommend them. They deserve it.

The person who owns the business and does the work couldn't have been more personable, conscientious, professional and punctual. He was very proud of his environmentally friendly cleaning products, but I wonder if a harsher product might have taken out the stains.

He (owner/operator) was clean, neat, organized, punctual, and professional; and the carpets were expertly cleaned and smelled like citrus, an added plus when you have 2 dogs, and a cat. We are very happy with the results. Also the job needed to be done quickly and in plenty of time before our daughter's wedding, and he was able to fit us into a tight schedule with only about a week's notice. The rugs looked brand new again. He also provided a bottle of spot remover which probably works fine but we managed to get very small stains on the rug from the girls getting their makeup done in our living room, I think. Unfortunately the spot remover couldn't remove the small stains but I imagine that is because of the length of time from when they occurred to when we spotted (no pun) them and tried to remove them. I said they were small spots right. Anyway we are very happy with the carpet cleaning, and intend to get the whole house done again next year.

Joe was prompt and efficient. He did most of the heavy lifting, which I much appreciated. He is particular about giving satisfaction and returned two more times to address stains that returned, most likely due to an interaction between a previous type of carpet cleaner and his own product, which is safer than commercial carpet cleaners or spot removers. Unfortunately, the stains have reappeared for a third time, and at his request, I'll be calling him again. Joe is remarkably patient and persistent. He wants to give complete satisfaction and does not charge for these revisits. Joe's product has a pleasant orange scent that dissipates in a few days. Many odors leave me with a stuffy nose, but I had no problems with his cleaner. My carpets look very good, and the nap on the stairs looks almost new. Joe is very easy to work with and is very personable. I strongly recommend his services.

RESPONSIVE! We purchased coupon on a holiday weekend and Joe called us that evening. We weren't in but when we got back to him, he promptly scheduled appt. he called to confirm, called from our vacation house to express concerns abt just how much he could do given the state of the carpet and called to follow up. With what he had to work with, Joe did a great job. We would recommend him highly.

Arrived on time.Wore protective foot ware to avoid soiling other areas of the house. Worked quickly and efficiently.Results were great,as the carpet looked like new. He called several days later to follow up and make sure that we were completely satisfied.

This is the second time we had Joe Stark clean our carpet and again we are extremely satisfied. We have had many carpets cleaned through the years and this is the best method we've found. We love the citrus smell and our carpets (which are 15 yrs. old and light beige) stayed clean and fresh for two years Any spills or stains after the cleaning were easily removed with the complimentary bottle of cleaner Joe gave us.We had the protectant added and it works!! Joe is easy to get a hold of and promptly sets a date and always returns a call. He is personable, answers all questions, honest and trustworthy. Rarely will I allow anyone to work in my home without my husband or someone else at home with me, but was perfectly at ease doing so with Joe. Highly recommend this company!

Carpets looked clean and smelled fresh. A few tougher stains didn't come out, but I took his word that some stains are impossible.

I am an extensive user of Angie's List and purchaser of several big deals. I have only written one review when I was dissatisfied. In this case I felt compelled to write a review as my experience exceeded my expectations. Joe Stark, the owner, was responsive and professional from the minute I purchased the big deal. He was very accomodating to date, time and service needed. So, in addition to the the great experience working with Joe, my carpet is cleaner than it's ever been since original install. I have tried many carpet cleaning approaches, wet, dry, steam, etc. Whatever Joe did, my carpets look great, and I could walk on them without concern in about 2 hours. I will definately use Delaware Valley Carpet Cleaning again!

It went very well. He got here when he said he would and he was very organized, professional and friendly. The carpets are still wet but they look and smell great.
